| With college enrollment,the contradictory coexistence of large number of job vacancies and the difficult employment of college students appeared in Fujian architecture college,whose employment rate was high in the past,the cause of which is inseparable from the employment concept of the current college graduates of architecture in Fujian.The reasons for this are not only the result of government,society,schools and individuals.According to the research for college graduates of architecture in Fujian by the sampling survey of 200 graduates and the communication with 8 graduates,this paper believes that the employment of the current college graduates of architecture in Fujian is based on their preferences and is rational,also,career transition is acceptable for them and their career choices are diversified.But on the choice of employment,they also have problems such as lacking of deep and objective self-understanding,entrepreneurial impulse cause by excessively high employment expectation,immature employment attitude,simplistic career planning and traditional employment orientation.This paper is based on career development theories to solve the employment problems of the present appeared on the college graduates of architecture in Fujian.Also,according to the research,this paper gives some reasonable and feasible advice from four aspects such as government,society,college and individual. |
