College And University Management Particiated By Students From Private Schools

As an important growth point in University education and an important force to promote education reform,,private colleges and universities have fully reflected its important role in the development of education with China’s increasing emphasis on higher education.In the past two decades,China’s private colleges and universities appears to be an indispensable part of higher education.To some extent,The establishment of these schools the integrate the educational resources,alleviate the shortage of funds,and promote the popularization of higher education in our country.At the same time,the rapid development of colleges and universities,private colleges and universities also showed part of its weaknesses:the educational quality is far behind its numerical superiority.Nowadays,with the innovation in the education system,the problem of university management model has become a common topic around the world,while private colleges and universities is more vulnerable to outside than public schools because of the different sources of funding.There are more problems with its management institutions.Especially with the information explosion and jointly promote the popularization of higher education,the student have strengthened awareness of the urgent need for change the university management mode.As one of the three main activities of higher education,students become he vast majority of people in it.and is important to the reform and innovation of higher education it has become the key factors of reforms to master how to give full play to the subjectivity independence and creativity of students,and assurance the rights of students.The author elaborated the concept of participating in university management and student’s participation in university management to seek the support of the new public administration theory of management disciplines under democratic administration ideas,responsive service theory of new public management theory and the new Public Service.It points out the feasibility and necessity of management in university management.The author makes a survey on how the students in Fuzhou local private school participate in the management of the status quo-depth investigation through questionnaires,field survey and other colleges and universities,the findings show that students have great enthusiasm participate in the management,but also limited,the key factors for this phenomenon are as following:weak sense of participation,participation spontaneity;participate in a single channel,the path is inhibited participation,inefficient participation,effect was not significant.And analysis and discuss the reasons from the perspective of student,universities institutional support and social and legal protection problems.And forward countermeasures and methods to solve on this basis of the student’s sense of participation,the reform of the school system,and three levels of awareness of innovative ideas.
