Research On The Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Theclass In The Local Colleges And Universities

With the popularization of Internet,the number of college students in China has become"Internet users".The majority of students have been regarded as an important information channel for learning and life.The virtual space created by the new media has become the second living space of college students.And,in the last ten years,the scale of enrollment in Colleges and universities continues to expand,the teaching method will be changed dramatically,the flow of classroom teaching and college students’ spare time learning or exchange of relatively fixed place,making the traditional sense of the concept of the class gradually weakened.In this context,the use of network information technology,the new management model came into being,and become a new tool for college students’ Ideological and political education,campus culture building,daily student affairs management,and so on.Since 2008,after the Shanghai colleges easy class construction,easy class has been in the country in the rapid development of air plant.However,after a period of development,the construction and operation of local colleges and universities have some problems,such as some local colleges and universities have not yet in-depth understanding of the operation mode,blindly follow suit,administrative orders at all levels,the lack of long-term planning,making the easy way to build,and the ability and level of easy classes,teachers,counselors and other development speed,resulting in user activity,viscosity decline,the effect is difficult to maintain.The existence of these problems seriously restricts the pace of the construction of local colleges and universities,and hinders the function of "easy class" in the ideological and political education,teaching,daily management,campus culture and so on.Therefore,it is important to study the experience and lessons of local colleges and universities,to improve the level of management,and to make use of this platform for local colleges and universities to do a good job of Ideological and political education,business management,teaching activities,cultural construction and so on.The research in the literature review foundation,elaborated the concept of easy class,and support research in the theoretical basis,including interpersonal relationship theory,the management theory,contingency theory.Then,taking A University as an example,through questionnaire survey method,combined with interview method,the construction of its easy to carry out in-depth and objective analysis,and based on this,combined with other scholars’research,summed up the problems in the construction of local colleges and universities in the course of construction,there is a certain "follow suit" problem,the lack of clear objectives,so that the construction process of the mechanism is not smooth,the system cannot keep up,and hinder the role of easy to play;Local colleges and universities do not attach importance to the training of the network capacity of the managers,teachers,counselors and so on.The lack of a high quality and high quality of the backbone team,limit the development of the class,and so on.
