The Research On The Way Of Migrate Population Integrating Into Society

The third plenary session of the 18 takes the general objective of comprehensively deepen reform to develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of administrative management system and management ability.The social governance is one of the important aspects of the modernization governance.Solving the problem of the governance of migrate population is beneficial to increasing the creativity,the workforce and the productivity for the development of the nation;to promoting the modernization of national management system for improving the level of the ruling party and the government;to resolving social contradictions,increasing social disharmonious factors and implementing the pattern of economic development,social harmony and cultural prosperity.The paper takes the migrants of Fujian as the study object.Firstly,it introduces and classifies some theoretical knowledge of the management of migrate population and the social integration of migrants from the perspective of the domestic scholars as well as the foreign scholars.With the introduction of the definition of the migrate population,the migrate population management and the social integration,the paper explicates the research object.And then it analyzes the main problems and the policy measures about the migrants in Fujian in the area of the household registration system,the employment,the children education and the social security,combining the survey of the migrate population in Fujian.Finally,with the analysis and conclusion of the innovation experience of management in Cixi City,Zhejiang Province,the paper puts forward a series of suggestions to improve the standard of the creative managements of the migrate population in Fujian,which are developing households management,enhancing the re-employment,promoting fair education and perfecting the social security system.
