In the context of the country’s deep aging society,the promotion of the development of aging finance has been promoted to the national strategic level.The framework of the aging financial includes three aspects: pension finance,elderly care service finance,aging industry finance,which covers the development of aging financial products and the development of the aging financial market.This is also the research focus of the thesis--aging financial products and market.At present,the country’s aging financial market is increasingly large and its needs are diversified and individualized;however,the development stage of the national pension finance is still in its infancy,and there are many problems in the development of products and markets,which cannot better meet the needs of the people and the development of society.The positive driving force for the economy is weak.Under the circumstances that our country grows before getting rich and it is difficult to supply,the development of pension finance,especially pension financial products and the pension financial market,will help meet diversified pension needs,and enable it to drive economic development and serve the society and the people.At the same time,it has an important influence on improving the multi-level social security system and enriching the content of the social security system.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to study the development path of aging finance with Chinese characteristics.The thesis takes aging finance as the research object,focuses on the market operation of aging finance with Chinese characteristics and related issues in product design,uses financial development theory,pension three pillar theory,life cycle theory,and uses grey forecast statistical analysis methods and social surveys Methods,mainly from the following three aspects to carry out research.First,the thesis summarizes the development status,development trend and development necessity of the country’s aging finance through official data capture and literature combing,combined with Chinese characteristics;second,the thesis uses grey prediction and questionnaire analysis to analyze the operation of the country’s aging financial market,the demand satisfaction of aging products.The model is established,and some current problems and difficulties in the pension financial market and pension financial products are discovered:the products urgently need to be innovated,and the aging financial market urgently needs to be improved.Third,the paper puts forward market development and product optimization ideas based on the problems derived from the analysis of the aging financial market and products,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions that the government can respond to,so as to better promote the development of aging finance with Chinese characteristics.The paper found that there are many problems in the current development of aging finance: insufficient market vitality,financial supervision need to be strengthened,pension structure imbalance,weak second and third pillars,insufficient effective supply of products,financial literacy need to be improved,information asymmetry,market supervision problems etc.The reason is that in market development,it is necessary to handle the issues of market entities,market operation,and market supervision;in product design,it is necessary to grasp the objectives and principles of product design.To solve these problems,we need to work together from many aspects.In the countermeasures and suggestions,it is pointed out that the government needs to play a role in both supply and demand,and at the supply level to help mature the aging financial business,improve the top-level design,provide institutional guarantees,promote system perfection,and effective operation capital,strengthen policy tilt,reduce investment risks,promote market supervision,and standardize actors;at the demand level,provide confidence and guarantee for residents to enter the market: change traditional concepts,improve financial literacy,promote wealth accumulation,promote investment and consumption,and assist products change to meet diverse needs. |
