The professional construction of home-based care service personnel is one of the important factors to improve the quality of home-based care service.With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction of China’s social security system is also advancing steadily.With the increasingly severe population aging,the socialization of pension service has become an inevitable trend.At present,the pattern of old-age care service in China has changed to "9073",and the proportion of the elderly who choose homebased care service is about 90%.It can be seen that home-based care service has a great impact on the elderly.In order to improve the overall level of home-based care service,it must be guaranteed by a certain number of human resources,so it is of great significance to study the professional construction of home-based care service personnel.This paper takes the home-based elderly service personnel as the research object,uses the social identity theory and the iceberg theory,adopts the literature review method,the questionnaire survey method and other research methods to carry out the research from seven aspects.Firstly,the relevant academic research is sorted out,and the research content and steps of this paper are put forward;Secondly,the core concept of the paper is explained and illustrated,and the relevant policies on the professional construction of China’s home-based care service personnel are sorted out;Then construct the professionalization evaluation system of home-based care service personnel and calculate the weight of each index with the help of analytic hierarchy process;The fourth part through the form of questionnaire survey and field visit to further understand the professional status of home-based care service personnel;The fifth part finds out the existing problems from the professional status of home-based care service personnel,and explores the causes of the problems by combining the questionnaire data and interview content;The sixth part through drawing lessons from the experience of developed countries in the construction of old-age service personnel and according to China’s national conditions and practical conditions,exploring the measures suitable for the professional construction of home-based care service personnel in China;Finally,putting forward the conclusions and shortcomings of this study and the future is prospected.Through the study found that X street home-based care service personnel’s professional status is less professional cognition,professional feeling weak,poor qualities,dominant,recessive quality is not high,low professional level,the problem such as work consciousness is not strong,through drawing from Japan,Germany and Denmark experience on construction of pension services in developed countries,put forward some optimization measures matching with the professional construction of China’s home-based care service personnel,concrete to enhance the social value,improve social identity,barriers to entry,attract the talents,optimize subject setting,the innovation training mode,perfecting the incentive mechanism,stimulate the potential of talent,and promote social participation,broaden financing channel five aspects.
