Research On The Construction Of Social Credit System Of Shanghai Pension Service Institutions

In the context of my country’s aging population,people’s choice of old-age care methods is also changing,and they are increasingly inclined to social old-age care.At the same time,the state and local governments are vigorously promoting the social elderly care model.Pension service institutions are playing an increasingly important role in the social pension model.However,the current services of some elderly care institutions have problems.In order to establish the image of elderly care service institutions and standardize the order of elderly care service market,and identify elderly care service capabilities,the government needs to build an effective social credit system for elderly care service organizations.The social credit system is a comprehensive management system formed by multi-participants in economic activities through interaction and cooperation to achieve the purpose of standardizing,restraining,and punishing credit subjects.This study takes the social credit system of pension institutions as the research object,on the basis of establishing the credit evaluation index system of pension institutions,and reveals the interaction between the various subjects in the social credit system of elderly service institutions.This paper starts from four aspects: firstly,by combing and summarizing the literature related to the credit of pension service institutions at home and abroad,and combining with three-dimensional credit theory,credit vulnerability theory and information asymmetry theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the theoretical logic of the construction of social credit system of pension service institutions in China;secondly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the construction of credit system of pension service institutions in China Thirdly,the paper selects the influencing factors of the construction of social credit system of pension service institutions from three dimensions of "integrity","compliance" and "practice",and measures the logical relationship between variables.Finally,based on international experience,the paper discusses the realization path of social credit system construction of pension service institutions,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of credit system,credit information platform,supervision and punishment Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of social credit system of Shanghai pension service institutions.It is found that the construction of social credit system of pension service institutions depends on the coordination and cooperation among the government,society and pension service institutions.Strengthening the construction of social credit system of pension service institutions is helpful to promote the comprehensive development of China’s social credit system,improve the service quality of pension institutions,and help the elderly avoid the credit risk of pension service institutions.It is not only a powerful driving force for the standardized development of pension service industry,but also an important measure to deal with the aging population.
