Research On Influencing Factors Of Public Participation Behavior Of Local Government Microblog

Since local government departments opened the first government microblog in sina microblog for the disclosure of government information.There have been nine years of development.From 2010,only 10,000 government microblogs were launched.By the end of 2018,138,000 government microblogs had been certified on Sina platform.The development of these government affairs microblog is maturing day by day,from the simple information release from the beginning,to the integration of a set of complex problems processing mechanism and path.Due to the nature of social media,government microblog is very conducive to the communication and interaction with the people,and brings the government closer to the citizens.If local governments want to operate government microblog well,they need to start from the concept of serving the people and start from the angle of fully mobilizing citizen participation to solve the problems encountered in the development of government microblog.From the current situation of public participation in government microblogging in China,we can see that there are still some problems in public participation,such as irrational participation,unbalanced participation,no response to participation,low degree of participation and so on.Guided by the theory of planned behavior,which is a mature social psychology theory in the current academic circles,and combined with the influencing factors of public participation in government microblog,this paper analyses three successful cases of government microblog from different levels,and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate public participation in local government microblog:local governments should clarify their service attributes and provide precise services;strengthen the construction of Internet infrastructure and upgrade the functions of micro-blogging platform in time;increase the credibility of government and government micro-blogging to further standardize the development of the platform;create a good environment for participation and enhance the awareness of public participation;and interact with citizens to create a good experience of participation,so as to improve the operation level of government microblog,promote the benign interaction with citizens.
