| China is the country with the largest elderly population in the world, accounting for one-fifth of the world’s total elderly population, and has become one of the countries with the most serious population aging in the world. In addition, with the rapid development of aging, the imbalance between supply and demand of elderly care services has become a hot social issue. It is of great significance to study the distribution differences between the elderly population and elderly care resources and improve the fairness of the spatial distribution of elderly care resources to actively respond to population aging. In November 2021,the"Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Strengthening the Work on Aging in the New Era"was issued, which once again emphasized the importance of pension resources in strengthening the work on aging in the new era and promoting the high-quality development of the cause of aging. As an important part of the development of the aging cause, the rational and effective allocation of pension resources is the goal of the healthy development of the pension service industry, and it is also an important manifestation of actively responding to the aging of the population.Affected by the level of social and economic development, urban agglomerations are one of the main gathering spaces for the elderly population. The research takes the national-level cultivated urban agglomeration-the central Yunnan urban agglomeration as the spatial carrier, from the perspective of aging, mainly using the theory of demand hierarchy, the location theory of public facilities, the theory of coordinated development, etc. On the one hand, with the help of geographic information analysis methods such as Arc GIS,SPSS,Geoda, etc.,to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly population and pension resources at the county scale of urban agglomerations; The spatial dislocation characteristics, dislocation direction, dislocation level and dislocation degree between population and old-age resources are put forward in a targeted manner to promote the coordinated development of the elderly population and old-age resources in the central Yunnan urban agglomeration,in order to promote the healthy development of the social aging cause and meet the needs of the elderly. The population’s growing pension needs provide a theoretical perspective and a regional attempt. The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The aging degree of the urban agglomeration in central Yunnan continues to deepen, and the proportion of the population over 60 years old is between Yunnan Province and the whole country. From 2010 to 2020,the development of population aging among counties is unbalanced, and the growth rate of aging is mainly at medium and high speed. From the T4)(60+)index,the population aging process of the central Yunnan urban agglomeration is accelerating; The east is high in the west and the west is low in structure, and the population aging degree varies greatly among counties. It has obvious polarization and aggregation characteristics, and the spatial correlation characteristics are prominent.(2)The overall pension resources show obvious spatial distribution characteristics of“central aggregation, peripheral dispersion, three cores and multi-poles”,and various types of pension resources have differentiated spatial aggregation characteristics and spatial aggregation strengths. The order of spatial aggregation intensity from large to small is:apartments for the elderly>other elderly care resources>overall elderly care resources>nursing homes>nursing homes. The cold-spot area of pension resources occupies a dominant position in the spatial pattern of the central Yunnan urban agglomeration.(3)There is an obvious spatial correlation between the distribution center of the elderly population and pension resources, but in terms of relative positions, the center of gravity of the elderly population is always located in the north-easterly direction of the center of gravity of the overall pension resources.Combining the movement direction and development trend,it is found that the distribution difference between the two may improve in a certain period of time;the spatial dislocation direction of the elderly population and the elderly care resources in the central Yunnan urban agglomeration is mainly in the positive dislocation area, and the elderly care resources lag behind the development of regional aging. The degree of spatial dislocation varies greatly among counties and urban areas, and the high dislocation areas are mostly distributed in the districts of prefectures and cities.Among the spatial dislocation grades, the number of medium dislocation areas is the largest, and the highest contribution of spatial dislocation is Panlong District.(4)Based on the current situation of the distribution difference between the elderly population and pension resources in the urban agglomeration of central Yunnan, the optimal countermeasures for the coordinated development of the elderly population and pension resources are put forward from five aspects:"play the role of government functions and promote the development of pension business","encourage private capital Settled in to expand the elderly consumer market","overall planning and rational layout, optimize the existing structural system","optimize the allocation of human resources, establish a professional talent team","promote the construction of information platform, increase the consultation and feedback mechanism". |
