Research On The Basic Experience Of "Supporting Ambition" In Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Border Counties In Southeast Yunnan

Eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood and realizing common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism.Xijinping discussed the important thought of "helping the poor first and supporting the will" on many important occasions."Ambition" is the internal basis for the development and change of the masses.Only by continuously stimulating the endogenous driving force of social development can we completely uproot the root of poverty and realize the stable lifting of the masses out of poverty.The successful practice of poverty alleviation in China has laid a solid foundation for promoting common prosperity and has become an important part of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Summarizing the basic experience of "supporting ambition" in the practice of precise poverty alleviation is of great value for building a long-term mechanism of "supporting ambition" and making up for the spiritual weakness of common prosperity.The emergence of "supporting ambition" is based on the urgent needs of the current social prosperity and has a deep theoretical basis and policy support.Judging from the current situation of "supporting Zhi" in border counties in Southeast Yunnan,the problem of "poverty awareness" of the masses is obvious.There are different degrees of deviations in the way of thinking,living customs,values,living environment and so on.The reason is that the poverty culture produced under the condition of long-term poverty affects the people’s consciousness,attitude and quality.At the same time,the inadequate policy publicity and the lag of educational and cultural undertakings have also led to the serious absence of the main body consciousness of the masses,and the idea of "waiting to rely on" has taken root.Based on this,the southeast border county of Yunnan took the mass thought reality as the starting point,and carried out the "supporting ambition" work with theoretical publicity and education,typical demonstration education and spiritual civilization practice as the main contents through various methods such as policy publicity,typical education,persuasion education and heart-to-heart conversation,which promoted the transformation of the thinking,habits and ideas of the poor people.Based on the overall investigation of the "Fuzhi" work in this area,this paper systematically summarizes the basic experience and Enlightenment of the "Fuzhi" work in the border counties in Southeast Yunnan.In the process of precise poverty alleviation,the work of "supporting ambition" in the border counties of Southeast Yunnan takes mobilization as the starting point and runs through publicity and education from beginning to end;By means of selecting typical trees,the benchmarking effect is expanded;With the assistance of cultural construction,solve the problem of people’s spiritual poverty;Guided by the guidance of Party building,solve the ideological problems of the masses;Take the construction of subject consciousness as the purpose of value,and guide the masses to realize self-confidence,self-reliance and self-consciousness.These valuable experiences provide important enlightenment for the "supporting ambition" work of the Communist Party of China in the new era.
