Research On Precise Poverty Alleviation In Baojing,zhenyuan County,southeast Guizhou Province

All the countries in the world today are failing poverty problems.Since 2013,with the initiative of “precise poverty alleviation”,China has invested a great deal of investment in poverty-stricken areas.China has now entered the stage of decisive victory.Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party: “Ensure that the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty under the current standards in the year of 2020,no poverty-stricken counties,and the overall poverty will be solved.” In the context of "hard bones",also called crucial period,precise poverty alleviation reflects the essential characteristics of China's socialist ethnic relations,which are equal,solid,mutual help and harmonious.The precise poverty alleviation is an important strategy of the Party and the Government.The strategy and its implementation reflect the the great significance of “common united struggle,common prosperity and development”.This paper takes Baojing as an example.With the literature research,field investigation,interdisciplinary research,chart analysis,image data research method,and under the guidance of Marxism to do the in-depth discussion and research.Baojing is one of the 100 poorest townships in Guizhou Province.The precision poverty alleviation in Baojing has achieved great achievements under the support of the government and the local people.The identification of poor households is gradually accurate,the income of poor households is significantly increased,the incidence of poverty is gradually reduced,and the appearance of villages has huge changes.However,problems are still exist.In response to these problems,this article starts from the reality,combines with the ethnic theory and policy of China,and conducts research on the precision poverty alleviation in Baojing.The author hopes,to some extent,the paper can promote the economic and social development in Baojing.We now are in the New Era,poverty alleviation has entered into the critical period.Poverty-stricken areas,especially poor ethnic areas,are now need more powerful guarantees.In this context,precision poverty alleviation has gradually entered into a new stage.Under the leadership of the Party,Baojing takes use of policies to foster self-development abilities.Baojing is now gradually building an open community environment,narrowing the development gap with the surrounding towns.Baojing also choose a sustainable development road,which lays a solid foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the establishment of a comprehensive well-off society.
