Research On The Application Of Artificial Intelligence In The View Of Class Judgment Of Class Cases

Class-case class-judgment is an important embodiment of the principle of legal equality and also the requirement of judicial justice in China.The rise and application of artificial intelligence has not only greatly improved judicial efficiency and judgment quality,but also enhanced judicial transparency and credibility,and provided a new path for the realization of the classification of cases.However,at present,artificial intelligence is still in the stage of weak artificial intelligence,and there is still room for progress in its application in the field of judicial practice and its promotion effect on realizing the classification of cases.In addition,in the application process,AI also faces many challenges.For this reason,this thesis tries to analyze and discuss the application of artificial intelligence in class judgment of class cases.Firstly,from the perspective of artificial intelligence,the thesis analyzes the characteristics of artificial intelligence and class-case judgment,and discusses how artificial intelligence enables class-case judgment.Secondly,it objectively examines the existing ai case handling system in judicial practice,analyzes the actual situation of the application of AI in the classification of cases,and explores its difficulties and causes.Finally,the thesis tries to put forward optimization suggestions,so that artificial intelligence can be better applied in class judgment.This thesis is divided into four parts: The first chapter analyzes how artificial intelligence can enable the judgment of such cases.By interpreting the connotation of the judgment of such cases and analyzing the significance of the application of artificial intelligence in judicial practice,it expounds the possibility of the application of artificial intelligence in the judgment of such cases.The second chapter describes the application of artificial intelligence in class judgment of class a cases and affirms its positive value,including intelligent push of class A cases,sentencing prediction,judgment deviation warning,evidence standardization,case handling process supervision and so on.The third chapter analyzes the difficulties faced by the application of artificial intelligence in such cases,including the imperfect judicial database and low data quality,the limitations of artificial intelligence technology,and the risks in the application of artificial intelligence in such cases.Chapter four puts forward specific optimization suggestions according to the problems analyzed above.First of all,the judicial database is not perfect enough to expand the scope of data,and improve data quality by combing and cleaning the data.Secondly,in terms of artificial intelligence technology,the technical level of the algorithm should be improved,natural language processing technology should be optimized and existing technology should be actively adapted to improve the accuracy of class case push.Finally,in terms of risk regulation,judges should be guided to carefully adopt the decision suggestions of artificial intelligence to weaken the influence of anchoring effect,and data preprocessing and two-way monitoring system should be introduced to prevent the alienation of trial management.In addition,we should ensure the openness and transparency of the algorithm and strengthen the training of legal and computer talents to reduce the negative impact of the algorithm black box.
