Research On The Service Design Of Urban Elderly Women Huddling For Retirement

China’s population aging problem is becoming more and more serious,since 2000 into the aging society,the proportion of elderly women over 65 years old is increasing,the degree of aging is higher than that of men,showing the obvious characteristics of"feminization of the aging population",in the background of the degree of aging of women is higher than that of men,to solve and cope with the elderly women’s pension In the background of women’s aging is higher than men’s,it has become an urgent task to solve and cope with the elderly women’s pension.Due to the social ineffectiveness of family elderly care,the high fees of institutional elderly care and the imperfect service system of community elderly care,diversified elderly care models have emerged in China,and the phenomenon of elderly women’s group elderly care has emerged in recent years,which to a certain extent meets the needs of contemporary elderly women for elderly care.As a method with a system-wide vision,service design can combine service providers and service recipients,and bring into play the power of multiple stakeholders in group senior care services,design and improve the service process and experience in the process of group senior care service innovation,and provide value to users directly.Therefore,it is worthwhile to explore the model of group elderly care for urban elderly women with the theory of service design.The purpose of this research is to use service design as a method to build a new service model for urban elderly women’s Huddling for retirement and to provide more solutions for elderly women’s aging life.In the service context stage,the literature method is used to explore the service status of senior care services and group senior care;in the service demand insight stage,this thesis takes the port community in Zhongshan City,which has a high degree of aging,as an example,and takes the elderly women in the port community as the research obj ect,using questionnaires,in-depth interviews and non-participant observation methods to interview and record the target users and relevant staff to explore the group senior care of urban elderly women Through the analysis of relevant stakeholders and the preliminary research on elderly women,we establish user profiles,analyze the behavior flow and experience status of user profiles in the user experience map,and extract key contexts for in-depth analysis,including the contexts of life care,health care and recreational activities.Accordingly,four design opportunity points corresponding to the needs of urban elderly women’s huddling for retirement were proposed,which were integrated as group space system,group mutual help system,group activity system and community medical system.Finally,the design practice of service brand design,product design,and information architecture of information platform is completed in the design execution stage according to the design opportunity points.This project uses service design to analyze and sort out the service needs of urban elderly women in Huddling for retirement,constructs a new service system for Huddling for retirement in the community,and proposes specific solutions to improve the aging service experience while meeting the needs of urban elderly women based on the joint assistance of multiple stakeholders,and explores the possibility of applying service design to urban elderly women in aging.
