| With the two-way development of society to digitalization and aging,Marc Prensky of Games2 train once proposed that the digital media era are "digital indigenous",the middle-aged users are "digital immigrants",and the elderly users are "digital refugees".In China,wechat,Alipay and other companies have become the new infrastructure for digital life,changing the traditional lifestyle,among which the contradiction between mobile payment and the traditional lifestyle of the elderly is the most obvious.Payment behavior is inevitable social life behavior,the elderly daily life not because of the traditional payment behavior into mobile payment behavior will reduce payment frequency,and the high penetration,high efficiency,convenience makes it an important entrance of digital life,mobile payment software binding health code,bus code and other functions is necessary travel.Mobile payment interface is not friendly to elderly users,however,even for the elderly users mobile payment interface design is not completely stand in the needs of elderly users,physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics and usage habits,make the elderly users of intelligent mobile media payment behavior full of "not","bad" feeling,and produce "dare not use","don’t want to use" psychology,lead to into the digital life.The paper aims to carry out a research method that can measure the availability of user experience from solving the difficulty of elderly users in using mobile payment and from the perspective of elderly user experience,so as to help meet and improve the needs of elderly users.This study aims to achieve the optimization of mobile payment payments.Firstly,the development trend and current situation of relevant domestic research are summarized to present a clear understanding of mobile payment and elderly users.Secondly,by combining the physical and psychological features of elderly users,a multi-level model based on feedback data is constructed to analyze the overall features of mobile payment software for elderly users from the perspective of demand layer,interaction layer and perception layer.By testing the usability of mobile payment interfaces commonly used by older users,On the basis of data collation and analysis,the principle of mobile payment interface availability optimization design for elderly users is built;last,Considering the above studies,To optimize the availability of common mobile payment software interface hierarchical,By optimizing the design,Expand the mobile payment interface function for older users,Improve mobile payment availability for older users,Then test whether the usability problem has been improved,To verify the rationality and practicability of the usability optimization design effect used in this paper,It also provides a certain design basis for the subsequent optimization of mobile payment interface availability. |
