At this stage,with the development of China’s society,the speed of population aging is constantly accelerating,and the pension problem derived from it has aroused widespread concern in society.Due to the decline of family pension functions and the drawbacks of institutional pension,the pension model of home care has increasingly become the key to solving the problem of pension.The prospects of the home-based pension model are not only determined by its advantages,but more importantly,the degree of recognition and acceptance of the elderly.The satisfaction of the elderly with the services provided by the home care model is the main reason for determining the recognition and acceptance of the elderly,therefore,exploring the satisfaction of the elderly with the home care service,problems can be found,targeted measures can be proposed,and the recognition of this pension model can be improved,so that the home care service will shine in solving the problem of old-age care.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part,Introduction.Among them,it is mainly on the background of the topic of home care services and significance of the selected topics,literature review,research methods and innovative points were elaborated.The second part,the interpretation of related concepts and theories.The concepts of home care and satisfaction are defined,and the theory of customer satisfaction is expounded from the aspects of perceived quality,customer expectations,and customer satisfaction,which lays a relevant theoretical foundation for research.The third part,preliminarily constructs the customer satisfaction model and proposes relevant research hypotheses,conducts research design,and determines the scope of the survey respondents,survey methods and questionnaire design concepts in detail,laying the foundation for subsequent empirical investigations.The fourth part,Empirical Analysis.Through reliability validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,and regression analysis,the relationship between perceived quality,customer expectations,and customer satisfaction is deeply analyzed,and a structural equation model is constructed on the basis of this data analysis.Through the test of hypotheses,it is concluded that the basic situation of the elderly has an impact on the quality of perception,and there is a positive correlation between the quality of perception,customer expectations and customer satisfaction,which affects the satisfaction of the elderly with home care services.The fifth part is to improve the satisfaction of home care services in S City D District.Based on the conclusions drawn from empirical analysis,targeted countermeasures such as refining service content,providing targeted services,providing personalized services for the expectations of the elderly,and improving the quality of home care services to improve the satisfaction of the elderly are proposed.The paper uses the combination of literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method to analyze and study the satisfaction of home care in S City D District,which has a strong scientific nature,and has strong practical significance for improving the satisfaction of home care.The innovation lies in the introduction of the management theory of customer satisfaction into the field of administrative management to solve public management problems.The disadvantages are that the questionnaire needs to be further improved,and the sample size is insufficient.
