Under the dual leadership of the superior trade union and the school Party committee,the university trade union is a mass organization that not only represents the majority of teaching staff,but also protects the interests of the majority of teaching staff.At the same time,it shoulders the important mission of improving the teachers’ moral quality of teaching staff,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teaching staff and improving the cultural quality of teaching staff.The basic functions of trade unions in Colleges and universities include education,maintenance,participation and construction.In accordance with the spirit of the central mass League Work Conference on increasing the "Three Natures" of trade union organizations and eliminating the "four modernizations",as well as the reform of China’s educational administration system and the personnel system of public institutions,great changes have taken place in the scale and structure of the teaching staff in Colleges and universities,the labor relations are becoming more and more complex,the conflict of interest is becoming more and more prominent,and the interest demands of teaching staff are becoming more and more diversified,All these have brought higher requirements and more severe challenges to the construction and development of trade unions in Colleges and universities.Based on this background,this paper tries to deeply study and explore the construction of university trade unions in Shenyang.Through literature research and analysis of relevant concepts such as trade unions and university trade unions,this paper finds that there are some problems in Shenyang University trade unions,such as imperfect organizational system,imperfect teaching congress system,insufficient self-construction of trade unions and imperfect trade union fund management system.Through innovative thinking under the new situation and new requirements,this paper analyzes the construction of Shenyang University trade unions from the perspective of public management,From the multiple perspectives of faculty and trade union workers,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation,research and innovation,which provides a certain reference value for the construction and development of China’s University trade union.At the same time,it also puts forward the improvement path of Shenyang University trade union work,that is,from improving the relevant laws and regulations of university trade union,improving the operation mechanism of teaching Congress Improve the construction of university trade union team and strengthen the management of university trade union funds to promote the further performance and play of various functions of university trade union in Shenyang,so as to lay a solid foundation for building a harmonious campus. |
