As more and more fresh graduates flock in recent years into the society,employment has become a difficult problem for modern young people.Some highly educated talents choose the "public examination" at this time and devote themselves to the army of serving the people.The post-80 s and post-90 s are the main force in the modern civil servants,and they inject fresh blood into the civil servants.Compared with the "former wave",their living environment is superior,which also creates them to pay more attention to material life.At present,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the rapid development of the whole society,incentive plays a vital role in the management of national civil servants,reasonable incentive It can better mobilize the work enthusiasm of civil servants,so as to maintain the long-term stability of the national civil servants.This paper to J province J province S city social security bureau as the survey object,first through the literature research method,on the present situation of civil servant incentive mechanism management as the starting point,with demand level theory,fair theory,double factor theory as the platform,to J province S city social security bureau incentive mechanism,analyze how to arouse the enthusiasm of civil servants and improve the civil service basic organization structure,how to avoid the civil servant brain drain.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method are fully used to carry out a questionnaire survey for the civil servants of J Province S City Social Security Bureau around the following four aspects,which respectively stimulated the daily work content Incentive,material motivation,personal spiritual pursuit and motivation for future planning.All the data collected were sorted out and analyzed to discuss the problems existing in the existing incentive mechanism of S City Social Security Bureau of J Province,analyze the in-depth causes of the problems,and put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures.Combined with the research in this paper,we find that the civil servants in social Security Bureau of S City,J Province are currently prominent in their low satisfaction with material welfare security,assessment system,job promotion and other aspects.After all,the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of S City Social Security Bureau of J Province are mainly reflected in the prominent contradiction between living pressure and salary and welfare,imperfect assessment system,imperfect training mechanism,and not smooth promotion path.Combined with the survey,it is found that the civil servants of social Security Bureau of S City,J Province believe that salary and welfare,job promotion,training,assessment and other aspects are all relatively important incentive factors.Therefore,we should actively strengthen the role of material incentive in improving the compensation and welfare system The promotion examination system in terms of job promotion to realize horizontal promotion freedom,in order to effectively motivate civil servants of S City Social Security Bureau of J Province,enhance their work enthusiasm,and finally achieve better window service.Standard of quality salary incentive system;formulate scientific and feasible assessment standards in the assessment system,and apply the assessment results scientifically. |
