Research On The Social Security Of The "Gig Economy" Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Under The Concept Of Shared Development

With the high development of social informatization in my country,especially in the period of the new crown epidemic,the development of the gig economy has become a problem that cannot be ignored.Especially for the new generation of migrant workers who are over 16 years old and whose skills and education levels are not high,they are eager to enter and integrate into the city,but they lack sufficient ability,and do not have corresponding higher skills and higher education.obtain their own social security rights in a complex urban environment.Due to the flexibility and mobility of their occupations,the gig economy is attracting more and more new generation of migrant workers.However,the real problem is that it is difficult to realize the social security rights and interests of these groups.The concept of shared development proposed by the Chinese government requires that development is for the people,development depends on the people,and the fruits of development are shared by the people,and the starting point of economic development is to promote the all-round development of people,enhance the well-being of the people,and make steady progress toward common prosperity.and foothold.This paper analyzes the current situation of my country’s new generation of migrant workers’ gig workers’ economic and social security issues from three aspects of the country,enterprises and individuals by means of research and comparison of domestic and international literature,and finds the unique new generation of migrant workers in my country.The social security dilemma of participating in the gig economy—the social security dilemma caused by the lack of fair labor prices,the social security dilemma caused by the lack of labor security,and the social security dilemma caused by the weak ability to safeguard rights.The existence of these difficulties makes it difficult for gig economy practitioners to increase the insurance participation rate,and it is difficult for the labor rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers to be adequately guaranteed.Through in-depth analysis of the predicament,this paper puts forward the reasons for these problems from three aspects: government,enterprises and individuals,mainly including the lack of government supervision and services,the lack of corporate responsibility,and the professional characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in the gig economy.Starting from the social security dilemma and causes of the new generation of migrant workers in the gig economy,and using international experience as a reference,the social security optimization path of the "gig economy" for the new generation of migrant workers is proposed from the three aspects of national policies,enterprises and individuals.At the same time,it also puts forward supporting measures to optimize the social security path of the "gig economy" of the new generation of migrant workers,in order to cope with the increasingly complex new environment and new challenges of our society.
