Research On Optimizing Countermeasures Of Social Conditions And Public Opinion Paths In The CPPCC System

The information of social conditions and public opinions is the common carrier of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference（CPPCC）in participating the deliberation and administration of state affairs and offering advice and suggestions and is the important aspect of embodying the level of working quality of CPPCC.Trying best to extensively opening up the information source,sufficiently motivating the activity of all parties and deeply and extensively carrying out work can better realize the promotion of solving various issues appearing in the society,so as to finally realize the working goals of providing party and government departments at all levels with information with important reference value to the local economic and social development.The social conditions and public opinions reflected through Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference（CPPCC）has achieved outstanding working grade and social influence for many years.However,it has found in the grassroots work of the CPPCC for many years that many grassroots CPPCC has lowered down the “sense of existence” of social conditions and public opinions information work and can not better implement their work due to less information collection amount and low information value.This article has discussed the difficulty come across about the channel at present on the basis of sorting out the predecessors’ study outcome by connecting the current status about the expression channel of social conditions and public opinions of the CPPCC of the city and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to make the channel of expressing social conditions and public opinions smooth,so as to try best to reach the purpose of constantly improving the working performance of social conditions and public opinions information,strengthening the overall integration force of information work of CPPCC and making the social conditions and public opinions information work the new highlight of CPPCC’s implementing the performance.
