Study On Evaluation And Improvement Measures Of Residents’ Satisfaction In Shantytown Reconstruction In Taishan District

Shanty towns as a problem left over from history,which seriously affect the appearance of the city and the quality of life of residents.The state has issued relevant policies for many years to solve this problem.The stock of shanty towns and the transformation of shanty towns are closely related to Tai’an’s image as "An excellent tourist city in China".This paper takes the residents’ satisfaction in urban shantytowns in Taishan District as the research object,designs a questionnaire on residents’ satisfaction,adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,and proposes improvement strategies and suggestions for improving residents’ satisfaction.This paper compares two kinds of residential satisfaction models at home and abroad,Combined with the regional conditions of Taishan District,the primary selection of indicators is carried out,and the Delphi method is used to construct a comprehensive indicator system of residents’ satisfaction.Among them,the first-level indicator is the overall satisfaction of residents,The second-level indicators are 4 indicators of "architectural characteristics","living environment","location conditions" and "renovation process",and the third-level indicators are 27 indicators such as "living area","unit structure","ventilation and lighting",etc.A questionnaire on the satisfaction of residents in shanty towns in Taishan District was designed,and the descriptive statistical analysis results showed that the residents of shanty towns in Taishan District were generally satisfied with the renovation.However,for each secondary indicator,the satisfaction of different shantytown reformed communities showed different characteristics.For example,Nanguan Community and Shangyu Community have low satisfaction with the secondary indicator of "architectural characteristics",but the Sanhe Community is more satisfied with this indicator.From this,it can be inferred that there may be differential treatment in the implementation of shantytown reform policies in various communities in Taishan District.Before establishing a comprehensive evaluation model,the Likert scale was used to quantify the data at five levels,using the pure data-driven entropy weight method to calculate the absolute and relative weights of indicators at all levels of the shantytown reform community in Taishan District,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed to obtain the overall residents’ satisfaction in the shantytown reformed community in Taishan District.Compared with the descriptive statistical analysis,it is found that the two results are basically consistent.Therefore,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method constructed in this paper is reliable.In order to improve the satisfaction of residents in shantytowns in Taishan District,in view of the results of the descriptive statistical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model described above,this paper proposes can be implemented countermeasures and suggestions.For example: in the aspect of "house renovation perception",put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as "implementing compensation and resettlement policies,increasing work transparency,actively introducing social capital,and providing employment guidance".
