With the advancement of urbanization,land resources are increasingly scarce,and urban renewal has changed from the incremental expansion of large-scale demolition and construction to the organic renewal of the stock to improve the quality and function of the city.The renovation of old communities with imperfect municipal supporting facilities,imperfect public service facilities,and disrepair and disrepair has become an important part of urban renewal.Under the new concept of urban organic renewal,micro-renewal has become an important measure to promote urban renewal and activate the development vitality of old communities.Then,whether the renovation of old communities from the perspective of "micro-update" can meet the demands of residents,it is necessary to reasonably design the resident satisfaction evaluation index system in combination with the policy objectives.The existing deficiencies in order to continue to promote the follow-up renovation of old residential areas is also the value of this research.This paper takes the renovation of old communities from the perspective of micro-renewal as the research object,designs an evaluation index system for residents’ satisfaction,finds the problems existing in old communities from the perspective of micro-renewal,and formulates corresponding countermeasures.The research ideas are as follows: First,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and combined with the suggestions of relevant professionals,the satisfaction is established from five aspects:building body and function improvement,community infrastructure improvement,public service level improvement,community environment improvement,project implementation and public participation.Evaluation index system;secondly,take Luzhou District of Changzhi City as the research area,select Zidong Highway Community,Yiyun Community,Feilong Community and Yinghua Community as research samples,conduct a questionnaire survey,and use the entropy method and the satisfaction calculation formula to conduct a questionnaire survey.Satisfaction evaluation;Finally,the satisfaction evaluation results show that the residents of the renovated old community in Luzhou District,Changzhi City are highly satisfied with the improvement of the body and function of the renovated building,and the improvement of community infrastructure,reaching a relatively satisfactory level,and the satisfaction of community environment improvement.It is 3.902,which is close to a relatively satisfactory level,while the level of satisfaction with the improvement of public services,project implementation and public participation is not high,only reaching the level of general satisfaction.Through further follow-up interviews,it was found that the main reasons for the low satisfaction of residents in the improvement of community environment,public service level,project implementation and public participation were insufficient renovation funds,the content of renovation could not meet the diverse needs of residents,and the lack of supervision of community residents made it difficult to guarantee the quality of renovation.,has not yet established a long-term management mechanism after the transformation.In response to the problems revealed by the research,from the perspective of micro-renewal,the renovation of old communities needs to establish a multi-party sharing mechanism of funds;strengthen the quality and safety supervision of renovation,improve the residents’ supervision mechanism;improve the diversity of renovation content;The long-term management mechanism of the community can truly achieve the goal of improving residents’ satisfaction and improving residents’ living happiness.
