Research On Game Relations Of Community Embedded Elderly Service Providers

With the continuous upgrading of my country’s elderly care needs,it is imperative to create high-quality services for the elderly and improve the elderly health service system.The necessity of community "embedded" elderly care service model as a bridge of communication between home,community and institutional elderly care has become increasingly prominent.During the operation of this model,the main bodies providing elderly care services are diversified,including government departments,elderly care service institutions,non-governmental organizations,communities and so on.Therefore,it is particularly important to achieve a unified and coordinated relationship among multiple subjects.Based on social embedded theory,multi-governance theory,new public service theory,and evolutionary game theory,through the related concepts of embedded pension,community "embedded" pension service model,community "embedded" pension service supply,and related concepts of this model The analysis of relevant literature finally determined that the three main participants in the process of embedded community service supply are the government,the community,and the pension service institutions.After determining the participants of the game,the research method of evolutionary game is used to make assumptions and symbols,and a game model of multi-agent supply service behavior is constructed,and stability analysis is carried out through the determinant and trace of the Jacobian matrix.,find the corresponding equilibrium point,explore the relationship between the three suppliers in the process of community "embedded" elderly care service supply,draw phase diagrams according to the different strategic choices they may make,and determine the best strategic choice.The purpose of studying the relationship between various service providers is to find the optimal game strategy characteristics of multiple providers in this model through the discussion of relevant behavior strategies among the government,the community,and elderly care service institutions,and enrich the community’s "embedded" environment.A system of joint supply by all parties,build a service supply model of harmonious co-governance,and provide suggestions for the further development of the community-embedded elderly care service model.
