always paid attention to,cared for and guided the youth all his life,forming a rich and systematic outlook on youth.Based on the important node of the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China,this paper rereads Lenin’s classic works on youth,expounds the main contents and summarizes the basic characteristics by combing the formation background and development process of Lenin’s outlook on youth,and explores the theoretical and practical significance of Lenin’s outlook on youth to contemporary youth,so as to make better use of Lenin’s outlook on youth and do a good job in youth work in the new era,It provides an important basis for promoting the development of youth theory and practice in the new era.In the great practice of leading the Russian people in revolution and construction,Lenin formed a viewpoint on youth from the end of the 19 th century to the beginning of the 20 th century and put forward a systematic and rich discussion on the concept of youth.The formation of Lenin’s outlook on youth is the product of the important influence of Marx and Engels’ Outlook on youth and excellent culture,and closely combined with the reality of Russian Revolution and construction.From April 1894 to Lenin’s death,this paper summarizes and combs the four periods of Lenin’s view on youth in the past three decades: formation,development,maturity and further development.It provides a new perspective for a comprehensive and accurate understanding of Lenin’s outlook on youth.Taking the position and role of youth in social history as the logical starting point,this paper expounds that youth is the main object competed by various political parties,the future of revolution and national construction,and an important new force for social development;Taking the education and training of young people in their growth and development as the internal requirements,this paper expounds that young people should establish a revolutionary world outlook on life,use Marxist education methods,carry out Communist moral construction for young people,combine life with practice,and cultivate the ability of comprehensive Communist Party of China has long attached importance to caring for youth,deepened the research of Lenin’s concept of youth at the theoretical and practical levels,and made an overall refining,summary and sublimation,so as to provide contemporary value for youth in the new era.To constantly study the Sinicization of Marxism on youth and establish a correct "Three Outlooks",we must develop in the right direction conducive to youth thought,and guide and instill the concept of lifelong learning into youth groups.In the context of the new era,we must adhere to the youth league construction work under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,make continuous development and progress,enhance cohesion,enhance the firmness of ideals and beliefs of youth groups,train young people to grow
