| Due to the continuous changes in natural conditions and social transformation,natural disasters and accidents at home and abroad have occurred from time to time.In recent years,the SARS epidemic,Wenchuan earthquake and the new crown epidemic in my country have been very unexpected and uncertain.,Has brought huge losses to the country and people.When public emergencies occur,various social subjects including the government are required to be able to participate in the response.On the basis of expounding related concepts such as public emergencies and trade union organizations,this article takes the work of the labor union organizations in S province of my country to respond to the new crown epidemic in 2020 as an example.,With a high degree of politics,typical advanced nature and distinctive mass character,it can play its participation function,maintenance function,construction function and construction function when responding to public emergencies.According to the characteristics,functions and work process of the trade union organization,the work concepts of comprehensive service,lifelong care,key rights protection,extended family relationship and career development have been extended.On the basis of summarizing the practice of trade union organizations in responding to major public emergencies such as natural disasters,this article elaborates on the main models of labor union organizations in S Province to participate in the response to the new crown epidemic,as well as strengthening organizational leadership,actively raising funds,coordinating labor relations,Specific measures such as easing the psychology of employees and facilitating the resumption of work and production have played an irreplaceable role in coordinating labor-management relations and facilitating the resumption of work and production.During the response to the new crown epidemic,the labor union organizations in S Province also exposed problems such as insufficient social credibility,insufficient team building,and single service mode.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of these problems and believes that relevant laws and regulations are lacking,government departments do not pay attention to labor union organizations,etc.Insufficient self-development is the cause of a series of problems.Taking the typical and common problems encountered by the labor union organizations in Province S in response to the new crown epidemic,this article attempts to give targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the height of the entire labor union organization in responding to public emergencies.It mainly includes measures such as improving the system construction of laws and regulations,improving the response mechanism,and the reform and development of the Shenzhen Chemical Industry Association.Finally,based on the experience and practices of labor union organizations in S Province during the response to the new crown epidemic,this article finds that the research can be further extended to social governance,labor union work in a new media environment,and smart labor union construction.Through the research of union organizations to deal with public emergencies,it is hoped that they will play a certain role in promoting the governance of public emergencies and help improve and form an efficient response mechanism led by the government and coordinated by multiple entities.Further consolidate the political,advanced and mass nature of trade union organizations,give full play to the various functions of trade union organizations,truly take serving employees as the fundamental purpose,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses of workers. |
