| The "rural revitalization strategy" was proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a major historical task in the process of China’s socialist modernization,and the most difficult task of comprehensive revitalization lies in the countryside.As the link between the Party and the youth,the Communist Youth League shoulders the historic mission of leading the youth to contribute to the realization of rural revitalization.The Grassroots Communist Youth League is a grass-roots mass organization that assists the Party in carrying out mass work among young people in rural areas.It is the "front line" to perceive the needs of young people and has special significance in rural revitalization.To help the grassroots Communist Youth League find the right entry point for rural revitalization,play a bigger role in promoting rural economic and social development,and win the recognition and support of young people.Taking the Communist Youth League organization in L Town of G County as the research object,this paper analyzes the feasibility of grassroots Communist Youth League organization in assisting rural revitalization from the functions of grassroots Communist Youth League and the necessity,advantages and roles of assisting rural revitalization by using methods such as literature research,field investigation and empirical analysis.Taking L town of G County as an example,Understand the organization of the communist youth league organizations at the grass-roots level and operation mechanism,the personnel structure,etc.,points out the role of communist youth league organizations at the grass-roots level in rural revitalization of the development,from the links to resources,build platforms,policy propaganda,strengthen the contact,active service,accurate support,active docking,thoughts lead four aspects analyzes the communist youth league organizations at the grass-roots level power country practice and exploration of the revitalization of the main At the same time,it also points out the difficulties faced by the grassroots Communist Youth League in assisting rural revitalization,such as the weak grassroots league organization,the insufficient level of human resources development,the lack of linkage between departments and other internal problems and lack of attention from leaders,the weak participation initiative of rural youth,the single rural industrial structure and other external problems.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward the direction and path selection of the grassroots Communist Youth League to help the rural revitalization from four aspects: improving the construction of grassroots communist Youth League organization,strengthening the introduction and cultivation of young talents in rural areas,building a new modern agricultural organization,and implementing the youth action.The research shows that grassroots Communist Youth League organizations have significant advantages in assisting rural revitalization,and the Communist Youth League organizations need to give full play to their political,social and service functions to assist rural revitalization,and stand on the role of "waiter","guide","propagandist" and "organizer".efforts to promote construction of the communist youth league organizations in rural revitalization of the participation and contribution. |
