Research On Information Security Management Of E-Government In Wuhai City

In recent years,Internet technology has developed faster and faster,and the Internet has been entering all aspects of our lives.The service coverage of "Internet + government affairs" built by party and government agencies at all levels has increased,and the utilization rate and efficiency of e-government has been continuously improved.The inevitable trend.However,while the party and government agencies at all levels in my country have continuously made new achievements in the construction of e-government affairs,foreign spy organizations and intelligence agencies have been paying more and more attention to them.The methods of stealing and leaking secrets faced by our party and government agencies are becoming more and more diverse,and the situation is getting more and more severe.Information security management is also facing greater threats.Continuously improving the government’s e-government information security management capabilities and truly protecting the interests of the party and the country are the most important tasks we face.From the perspective of public management,this thesis adopts the literature method,survey research method and comparative analysis method,combined with questionnaire survey and on-site interviews to analyze the current situation of e-government information security management in Wuhai City.Find out the existing problems from the three aspects of equipment management,system management,and personnel management.First,the information system software and hardware prevention capabilities are weak;second,some functional departments and staff have weak legal concepts;third,the lack of information security management talents has resulted from analysis.The reasons for the problem are the poor reliability of software and hardware equipment and weak operation and maintenance capabilities.The second is that the functional departments are not in place to implement their responsibilities.The third is that information security management neglects the development of talents.After learning from advanced domestic and foreign experience cases,strengthen the management of software and hardware equipment,strengthen the implementation of laws and regulations and strengthen personnel training,and propose improvements to the current situation and outstanding problems of the e-government information security management in Wuhai City.The current situation of information security management is to reduce security risks as much as possible,avoid the theft and leakage of secrets in the development of e-government,promote the economic and social development of Wuhai City,and provide some reference for the information security management of e-government in surrounding cities.
