| After the cold war,non-traditional security threats have replaced the traditional security threats in the form of confrontation,conflict and war between countries and become the main security threat of the international community.Among them,the prominence of non-traditional security problems such as "three forces" represented by terrorism,separatism and extremism,drug crime and transnational organized crime not only seriously threatens the security and stability of Central Asia,but also seriously restricts the economic development and social transformation of countries in the region.China’s “Shanghai Cooperation Organization” and “One Belt,One Road” strategy,has effectively promoted the effective exchange between China and the five Central Asian countries,and has also made China more involved in the five Central Asian countries’ response to non-traditional security incidents.This paper selects the non-traditional security field as the research entry point to study the cooperation path between China and the five Central Asian countries.Firstly,it analyzes the situation of non-traditional security cooperation in Central Asia at the present stage,summarizes that there are mainly "CIS collective security treaty","Shanghai Cooperation Organization" and "Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe" and other initiatives to deal with non-traditional security in Central Asia at the present stage,and analyzes the relevant problems of non-traditional security in Central Asia at the present stage.In view of the existing problems,this paper summarizes the effective cooperation cases between China and the five Central Asian countries in corresponding fields,further obtains the cooperation path between Central Asia and China on non-traditional security issues,and uses specific strategies to ensure that China and the five Central Asian countries can more effectively solve the problems caused by non-traditional security issues. |
