A Study On The Protection Of Overseas Interests Of Local Export-oriented Enterprises

The development of an export-oriented economy is the general trend of socialization and internationalization of production,and is the universal experience of rapid economic development in countries and regions around the world.Since China opened to the outside world more than 40 years ago,the export-oriented economy has developed rapidly,and the number of export-oriented enterprises has increased exponentially.What followed is that the protection of our country’s overseas interests has become an issue that needs urgent attention.As the inland core economic hinterland conceived by the national strategy.Hunan Province closely following the country’s opening to the outside world,vigorously implementing the innovation-led opening-up strategy,and actively connecting and deeply participating in the "the Belt and Road Initiative".Therefore,the transnational operation of export-oriented enterprises has become the country’s foreign trade powerful supplement to the economy.However,the unique operating mode of export-oriented enterprises determines that Hunan’s export-oriented enterprises face various risks brought by investment and trade target countries and enterprises themselves in the process of expanding their overseas interests.Based on this,this article takes Hunan’s export-oriented enterprises as an case,using effective and reasonable research methods.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,it begins from the basic situation of export-oriented enterprises in Hunan,combines specific cases to analyze various risks that enterprises may face in their overseas interests,and summarizes the various mechanisms of the local government of Hunan Province to protect the overseas interests of enterprises.Then,in view of the risks that enterprises may face and the deficiencies in the protection mechanism,corresponding countermeasures to protect the overseas interests of Hunan’s export-oriented enterprises are proposed from the three levels of the state,Hunan provincial government,and enterprises.
