Research On The Construction Of New Party System From The Perspective Of National Governance

National governance is a new stage after the stage of "national rule" and "national management" since the founding of New China.Its goal is to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.There is a close relationship between national governance and national system construction.Only when national system construction meets the needs of national governance,can it promote itself and become a powerful tool.The new party system,namely the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of CPC,is a political system that grows from China and supports the needs of national construction and reform since the founding of New China.Leading by CPC and the cooperation between multi-party,ruling by CPC and multi-party participation in politics,are the basic structure of the new party system,which has salient features different from traditional party systems such as single-party system,two-party system,and multi-party system.Under the requirement of the modernization of national governance,the construction of the new political party system should continue to promote its own advantages in political stand,integration of interests,cohesion and so on,and constantly adapt to the needs of international and domestic environmental changes.Starting from Marxist standpoints,viewpoints,and methods,and looking at the construction of the new party system in terms of national governance is an important measure to promote the realization of a modern socialist country.This puts forward the following requirements: First of all,in the direction,the new party system must be guided by the principles of national governance,firmly grasp the leadership of CPC,implement the people-centered governance care,and strengthen the self-confidence of the system.Secondly,in the development of institutional advantages,it is necessary to set the efficiency of national governance to effectively promote people’s democracy,maintain social fairness and justice,and enhance national cohesion.Thirdly,in the goal,it should focus on the modernization of national governance,adhere to the system concept,strengthen the level of coordinated development with other systems,use facts to tell the story of China’s governance well.Finally,we should grasp the main problems faced by national governance,draw lessons from other countries,seek truth from facts and keep pace with the times.
