A Study On Government Behaviors In The Community Detoxification Of Adolescents In Quanzhou

The youth group involved in drugs is a social problem that China and other countries in the world have to face.Especially young people who are still performing community drug rehabilitation,they are not aware of the harm of drugs to them,and they are easily affected by the surrounding environment such as street communities and other people’s temptations to deepen drug addiction.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen community drug control among young people and help young people who are addicted to get rid of drug addiction and return to society,family and school as soon as possible.Based on the current needs of youth community drug treatment,this article uses government behavior theory,governance theory and social learning theory to analyze from the perspective of government behavior intervening in youth community drug treatment.The main research is Quanzhou government behavior in youth community drug treatment The target group believes that the problems of government behavior in the community drug rehabilitation of Quanzhou youth groups are mainly manifested in the low investment in community drug rehabilitation of youth groups,weak construction of community drug rehabilitation teams,ignoring the special needs of youth drug rehabilitation groups,and lack of professional community drug rehabilitation institutions It is difficult to deal with service organizations,it is difficult to supervise juvenile drug addicts,and it is difficult for juvenile drug addicts to return to society,and the corresponding drug rehabilitation results are not satisfactory.The main reasons for these problems are the inadequate understanding of drug treatment in the youth community,the insufficient understanding of the physical and psychological peculiarities of the youth group,the failure of various functional departments to form a joint force in the youth community drug treatment work,and the prejudice against the youth drug-related personnel makes drug treatment treatment.The effect is not obvious and officials lack the motivation to do a good job in detoxification in the youth community.In view of the problems and causes of the Quanzhou government’s intervention in the community drug rehabilitation of young people,we believe that government behavior should be optimized from the following aspects: 1.Establish a government-led governance center to provide strong protection for community drug rehabilitation;2,Improve the effectiveness of policy implementation,optimize the top-level design of the youth community drug rehabilitation;3.Mobilize all sectors of society to participate in collaboration,and build a stable community drug rehabilitation project operating mechanism;4.Develop personalized assistance programs to meet the special needs of youth drug-related groups 5.Introduce professional institutions and social service organizations to strengthen the construction of youth community drug control work teams;6.Give full play to the leading role of government departments and establish a new community drug control model that is jointly governed and built by all parties.
