Research On Smart Hydrology Construction In Fuzhou City Jiangxi Province

The construction of intelligent hydrology is an important measure to promote the modernization of hydrology team under the background that the society is marching towards the information age and the country is speeding up the pace of information construction.In this environment,the transformation of information society has put forward new goals for hydrology informatization construction,the development of information technology has injected new impetus into the construction of smart hydrology,and the demand of hydrology reform and innovation has provided new opportunities for the construction of smart hydrology.Informatization is a big trend in the development of today’s world,into the 21 st century,information more profound impact on economic and social development,wide application,high penetration of information technology is expecting a new breakthrough,reshape the world political,economic,social,cultural and military development of new pattern,promotes the human society accelerate transforming to the information society.It has become an inevitable choice for hydrology team construction and development to actively meet the new opportunities brought by information development,keep up with the trend of The Times and the global information transformation,and speed up the pace of information development.At the same time,the initiative to take advantage of global information technology and environmental changes in the technical basis to promote innovative development,for smart water construction into a new impetus.The wide application of information technology has changed the generation mode of hydrology team’s combat effectiveness and put forward urgent request to accelerate the construction of intelligent hydrology.It is the strategic and historical mission of the hydrological team to speed up the reform and innovation development of the hydrological team and gradually establish a hydrological team that meets the development requirements of the information age.Based on the detailed analysis of the development process and current situation of intelligent hydrology in Fuzhou city,Jiangxi Province,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the current construction process of intelligent hydrology at multiple levels such as ideology and construction system,and combines the advanced experience of intelligent hydrology construction in other developed areas.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the construction of intelligent hydrology in fuzhou city in terms of system construction and monitoring technology.Based on the study of some intelligent hydrology and public management documents,combined with the relevant national policies,through the investigation and understanding of the actual situation of intelligent hydrology construction in Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province,some core problems in the construction of intelligent hydrology are found.In view of these problems,combined with new public management and other related theories,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for further deepening the construction of intelligent hydrology in Fuzhou.It is hoped that it can play a reference and guidance role in future smart hydrology construction projects of Fuzhou city,so as to do a better job in smart hydrology construction of Fuzhou city.
