| General Secretary Xi Jinping gave a significant presentation at the National work conference on Party Building of State-owned enterprise,starting a new period of Stateowned enterprises Party building work,and providing an important guide for the Party Building system construction in the new era.Looking back,through the longterm working of State-owned enterprises,many people believed that production and operation was the central task of the enterprise,the Party organization only played a political core role and completely separated the Party’s economic construction from the Party’s political,ideological,and organizational construction,the economic construction of State-owned enterprises was broken away from Party leading.The connection between the leadership role and leadership status is a very realistic issue that cannot be avoided in the reform and developing of enterprises,especially for the State-owned ones.This paper takes the State-owned construction company J company as an example to study the realization path of Party building leading the improvement of the competitiveness of State-owned enterprises under the macro background of comprehensively enhancing the Party building of State-owned enterprises.By sorting out and analyzing the relationship between the Party and enterprises and the current situation of Party building leading the competitiveness of State-owned enterprises,making research and judgments based on the practice and investigation of company J’s Party building leading enterprise competitiveness.Based on the the preliminary results of enterprise competitiveness improving driven by Party Building,this paper also analyze the existing shortcomings which mainly because the relationship between Party building work and enterprise production and operation has not yet formed a correct ideological understanding,Party organization building and functional positioning are not very clear,the Party’s advanced nature has not been fully utilized,the Party’s system construction still has a lot of improvement to be done.To enhance the Party building of State-owned enterprises in the new era,we should locate us in the right position,grasp the correct direction,and gain status in strengthening the tasks of Party building in State-owned enterprises,and use Party building to enhance the energy of competition of State-owned enterprises,and better realize the deepening of State-owned enterprise reform and the organic unity of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.Therefore,this article puts forward the ideas and strategies for optimizing Party building to lead the competitiveness.It is mainly to correctly understand the Party’s leadership role in terms of ideology,focus on the center,maintain the overall situation.The results of enterprise reform and development should be used to test the actual working effect led by the Party organization,and the starting point and foothold of the Party organization should be to enhance the competitiveness of State-owned enterprises.Building up a strong State-owned enterprise grassroots Party organization,so that the full and strict governance of the Party can be implemented in the State-owned enterprise.Especially,we should put the political construction of Party organizations in the first place,so that to promote the work of State-owned enterprises to move forward along the development path of the new era guided by the Party Central Committee.With the exemplary and leading role,state-owned enterprises will be promoted to become the vanguard in implementing the major development strategies of the Party and the country,and the Party’s advanced nature will lead State-owned enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Perfecting the system construction of enterprise Party building,paying attention to the implementation of the system,and adapting it to the modern corporate governance system to adapt to each other and to coordinate and advance together.Ensuring the effective performance of the Party organization functions of enterprises,and making efforts to do an good job for State-owned enterprises Party building in the new age. |
