Study On The Psychological Mechanism And Prevention And Control Of Suicide Violence Crime

As a special crime type that combines suicide and homicide,suicide violence crime is more harmful than ordinary violence crime.This type of crime is not only the perpetrator’s abandonment of his right to life,but also the act of depriving others of their right to life.Different from the fluke mentality of the criminals in the ordinary violent crime cases,the suicide violence crime is a kind of criminal behavior without scruples.Moreover,there are a large number of uncertain victims in this type of crime,which is extremely harmful to the society and easy to cause social panic.However,for this type of crime,we have always placed it in the violent crime type such as explosion,without separate research and ignoring the particularity of this type of crime.First of all,this paper believes that the core feature of suicide violence crime is that the perpetrator commits the crime at the cost of his own life,and the most typical behavior is the combination of suicide and criminal behavior.With this as the core content,through a comprehensive analysis of the current definition of the concept of suicide violence crime in the academic circle,it is considered that the definition of suicide violence crime in the academic circle is not typical,or even based on the analysis of non-discriminatory homicide.This paper holds that suicide violence crime refers to the criminal illegal behavior that harms others or the society by means of suicide and violence.On the basis of this definition,66 typical cases are collected and sorted.According to the time node of the criminal suicide,the suicide is divided into two forms,namely,the suicide after homicide and the suicide after homicide,which are discussed respectively.Secondly,the criminal psychology starts from the inducement.Generally speaking,the crime always starts from the so-called "reason",which is the inducement.Incentive creates the need and motivates the crime.The inducement of suicide violence crime is single,and it is all caused by frustration.The common types of frustration in suicide violence crime include: frustration of emotional needs,frustration of work,frustration of economic pressure and frustration caused by infringement of personal rights and interests.According to the time sequence of suicide violence crime,this paper analyzes the psychological activities and behavioral performance of suicide violence criminals from three stages: 1.Before the execution of the crime: the perpetrator often experienced whether suicide,Did he kill anyone。After the motivation struggle and self-justification,they say goodbye to relatives and friends,prepare and hide criminal tools,and even communicate with the victim to decide whether to commit a crime.2.During the execution of the crime: the coexistence of anger and resentment and the relief mentality run through the whole stage of the crime.Under this psychological activity,murder-suicide offenders often act decisively and decisively after failing to communicate with the victims.As the crime of simultaneous death occurs in public places,the offender has a long period of independence,so he often fidgets,walks back and forth repeatedly,looks around,looks extremely nervous,protects the criminal tools involuntarily,and even has a brief ideological struggle between doing and not doing.3.After the execution of the criminal act: in the co-suicidal crime,the criminal act and the suicide act are carried out simultaneously.Therefore,the execution stage of the criminal act is the completion stage of the suicidal violence crime.Homicidal suicide offenders usually commit suicide within two hours after committing a homicide.Thirdly,according to the manifestation of suicidal violence,the psychological characteristics of the criminal can be analyzed from the horizontal level.According to66 typical cases,all suicidal violence crimes have certain personality defects,which are fatal to some extent.Some of the criminals have personality disorder.The personality disorder in the suicide violence crime has both avoidance type and aggression type,which belongs to the typical characteristics of borderline personality disorder.Of course,not all suicide violence offenders have personality disorder,and not all suicide violence offenders with personality disorder belong to borderline personality disorder,but theory and case data show that it is universal."Unfeeling","not loving",lack of emotion,ruthlessness and impulsivity,lack of deliberate and clear motives are the common characteristics of perpetrators of suicidal violence personality disorder;Extreme hostility to the society and others,dark attitude and absolute thinking,as well as emotional non-sociality,lack of self-control are the common personality defects of suicide violence criminals.In addition to the general personality characteristics,the criminal in different forms of suicide violence crime also has unique personality characteristics.The perpetrators of simultaneous destruction have a cowardly mentality;Murder-suicide offenders are sensitive,suspicious and manipulative.Finally,according to the criminal behavior and the fundamental causes of the formation of personality disorders and personality defects,this paper analyzes and puts forward the relevant preventive countermeasures.Among 66 typical cases of suicide violence crime,66.7% of the perpetrators died in the cases.Therefore,for this kind of crime,the most critical factor is to prevent rather than crack down on reform.The main prevention measures against the inducement factors of suicide violence are the establishment of crime early warning system.On the one hand,a special personnel monitoring system should be established to focus on individuals with typical behaviors before committing suicide violence,follow up in real time,and take effective measures to eliminate their negative emotions and prevent them from committing crimes.On the other hand,corresponding measures should be taken in the areas where suicide violence occurs frequently,and a monitoring system should be established in key places where suicide violence offenders are controlled before committing their crimes.The fundamental measure to prevent the crime of suicide violence lies in preventing the formation of the criminal’s personality disorder and personality defect fundamentally.Through the analysis of the longitudinal psychological activities and horizontal personality characteristics of the criminals,it is concluded that the typical personality characteristics of the criminals of suicide violence are selfish mentality and selfdestruction complex,and it is the fundamental measure to prevent these two mentality from the perspective of society.
