Optimization Of Early Warning Mechanism Forgroup Incidents Caused By Stakeholdereconomic Crimes

In recent years,with the rapid and healthy development of the socialist market economy and the acceleration of the reform and opening-up process,economic activities are becoming more and more frequent,and various kinds of stakeholder economic crimes such as fund-raising fraud remain high,which have a negative impact on the normal order of economic life,easily lead to mass events such as petitions,and present a threat to social stability,affect political security,etc The trend,the influence is extremely bad.At present,there are few studies on the differentiation of early warning and preplan of group incidents according to the different induced factors,and there is a general lack of targeted early warning measures,and the results of disposal are often unsatisfactory.Based on the common concepts and theories of social conflict,social gathering,collective action,public governance theory and crisis management process in the study of sudden group events,this paper divides the early warning and handling of such events into different stages for analysis and judgment according to the process.On the one hand,this paper uses literature and case study methods to sort out the progress of this kind of research,and further clarifies the early-warning research theme for specific induced factors;on the other hand,through the analysis of the causes,development process and disposal results of the event,it answers the questions of "how to result","why to become like this" and "how to change".According to the loopholes of the government’s early warning and disposal behavior in the "XXX" incident,and in view of the main problems such as the imperfect early warning system,the weak system guarantee link and the insufficient targeted measures after the early warning,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the early warning work,such as improving the early warning work system,improving the relevant rules and regulations,enriching the disposal methods and unobstructed the channels of the masses demands,which promotes the relevant research and practice.
