In the wake of the rapid expansiont of urbanization and modernization,the efficiency of urban agglomeration in our country has been very remarkable,and the problem of urban management has become increasingly prominent.Along with the grow of the Internet,cloud computing and other information technologies,and the promotion of the national "Internet Plus",big data and other strategic planning,intelligent urban management model came into being.How to use advanced information technology to achieve urban management intelligent and effective,to improve the city’s appearance,has become a major issue of urban management.At present,the smart city management in Cangnan County is in the initial stage of development,and has achieved some results,but there is still a big gap between it and the advanced big cities.Taking the platform construction of intelligent urban management in Cangnan County as an example,this paper introduces in detail the purpose,significance and research status of intelligent urban management at home and abroad,combs the research ideas and methods of this paper,and makes a detailed definition of the concepts of Intelligent City,intelligent urban management and urban management,based on social governance theory,public participation theory and new public service theory,It lays a foundation for the research of this paper.After in-depth study of the current situation of the platform construction of intelligent urban management in Cangnan County,this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the current construction of intelligent urban management platform in Cangnan County by using the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire.It is considered that there are still problems in the construction of intelligent urban management platform in Cangnan County,such as lack of overall management by the responsible department,imperfect system construction The strength of urban management team is weak and the degree of public participation is low,and the reasons are analyzed from the perspectives of management system,technical level,team construction and public participation.Under the background of the construction of smart city in Cangnan County and the construction of "urban brain" big data platform,this paper puts forward the path to improve the construction of smart city management platform from four angles.First,from the perspective of improving the management system,it is proposed to clarify the overall status,determine the development objectives,clarify the responsibilities of departments,strengthen coordination and cooperation,establish laws and regulations,improve the guarantee system,improve the evaluation mechanism and strengthen the application evaluation;Second,from the perspective of strengthening system construction,it is proposed to improve the top-level design,realize information sharing,expand the system service function and expand the coverage of intelligent urban management;Third,from the perspective of improving team construction,it is proposed to introduce professionals,strengthen team guarantee,improve team quality,guarantee personnel mechanism,change management concept and improve law enforcement efficiency;Fourth,from the perspective of encouraging public participation,this paper puts forward suggestions on increasing publicity,improving public participation,innovating carriers and improving public participation channels,so as to achieve a smarter city and provide reference opinions for the development of urban management in Cangnan County.
