Research On The Governance Of Mobile Vendors Under The Background Of Urbanization

With the advent of the 21st century,the world has entered an era of urbanization development.China is the world’s largest developing country and has also entered the stage of urbanization development.Our country has made an official interpretation of the concept of urbanization in the national standard urban terminology: "the historical process of human production mode is the process of transformation from rural to urban,and the way is expressed in the gradual transformation of rural populations into urban populations,and the process of continuous improvement of urban functions".Undoubtedly,the development stage of my country’s urbanization is a development phenomenon of objective laws that arises with the rapid development of social productivity.This process is also necessary for the natural development of the traditional backward rural society into an urban society with modern functions and advanced functions.Historical process.However,although China’s economic development still maintains a rapid growth trend,China has a very real problem.Labor resources are very sufficient,accounting for 26.3% of the world’s total.Capital resources are also very small,accounting for only 3.4% of the world’s total.Such a disparate resource pattern will naturally result in an inevitable gap between urban employment population growth data and labor force data.A large amount of labor is left,resulting in a contradiction that cannot satisfy employment.The existence of this contradiction will be the development of China’s urbanization in the 21 st century.The inevitable problem to be faced in the process stage is also a problem that will inevitably exist for a long time.Based on the above background,this article takes HC street as the research object,analyzes the current situation and difficulties of law enforcement and management of HC street mobile vendors in the context of urbanization in China,and through in-depth analysis,finds out the reasons,and explores efficient solutions and targets.In the research,the literature research method is used to collect and organize a large amount of literature and materials,and the relevant research materials of this subject are analyzed.Other developed countries have compared the governance concepts and governance ideas and methods of mobile vendors;in the description of urban management and urban management law enforcement After basic concepts such as,mobile vendors,urbanization and urbanization process,combined with holistic governance theory,the mobile vendors are divided into seven levels,and then the current situation,existing problems,and causes of the problems in the management of HC street mobile vendors are also discussed.Focusing on these seven aspects,the research conclusions and results of this article have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the management of street vendors and realizing the comprehensive management of vendors.
