Research On The Information Construction Of Cadres And Personnel Files

Cadre personnel file is an important basis for recording cadre personnel activities.It plays an important role in the appointment and selection of excellent talents in the party and government organs.It also provides an effective basis for the discipline inspection and supervision departments to review relevant cases.Therefore,cadre personnel file management is an important way for the party and government organs to carry out cadre personnel management.With the development of information society,it has become an important topic to explore how to use information technology to improve the management efficiency of cadre archives.Based on the current situation of informatization construction of cadre archives in D District of Y City,this paper analyzes the common shortcomings of informatization construction of cadre archives,and proposes to solve the obstacles of informatization construction of cadre archives by using the theoretical knowledge of public management,such as E-government theory,top-level design theory and modern incentive theory,combined with the advanced experience of personnel archives management at home and abroad We should take effective measures.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,main body and conclusion.The main part is divided into five chapters.Firstly,this paper discusses the basic concepts and theoretical basis of cadre personnel archives informatization construction,including the basic concepts of cadre personnel archives,management principles and related concepts of archives informatization construction.Secondly,taking D District of Y City as an example,this paper introduces the current situation of cadre personnel archives construction in D District of Y City and the obstacles encountered in the construction process,and analyzes the reasons for the obstacles encountered in informatization construction by using the management theories such as new public management theory,E-government theory and modern incentive theory.Finally,in order to solve the obstacles of information construction,we should improve the system,talents and infrastructure.
