Research On The Optimization Network Public Legal Service Of Zhejiang Intermediate People’s Court

On May 1,2015,the case filing and registration system was fully implemented,and the contradiction of many cases and few people was sharply highlighted in courts at all levels across the country.With the growing judicial needs of the people and the increasing diversity of trial effect evaluation.According to the performance of the case registration system in practical application,it is not only an important way to solve the difficulty of filing cases,but also a verification of the functions of courts and judges throughout the country.Under such heavy work pressure,the task of judges is extremely heavy.On the one hand,they should actively respond to the call of the party and the state and actively carry out party building,League building and cultural construction.On the other hand,they should also perform the duties of judicial public service.It is difficult to ensure the completion quality and efficiency of various work.The Internet plus,Internet technology,has been developing rapidly in all walks of life.As a national judicial organ,the court inevitably enters internet plus era in the development of global information technology change rapidly.In this context,the use of information technology makes it possible for the court to respond to the public legal service needs of the public.Therefore,the court network public legal service is the inevitable requirement and unstoppable historical choice of the judicial reform of the people’s court.This paper selects Wenzhou intermediate people’s court as the research object to explore the optimization path of network public legal service of Zhejiang intermediate people’s court.Combined with the new public service theory,this paper analyzes the current situation,shortcomings and problems of network public legal service of Wenzhou intermediate people’s court,and fully analyzes the experience and practices of courts in other regions in China in network public legal service.At the same time,on the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various typical measures,this paper This paper discusses the basic construction contents such as mechanism,supervision and assessment,puts forward the measures of Zhejiang intermediate people’s court to optimize network public legal services,and deeply explores how to improve the quality of public legal services,so as to provide a useful supplement for expanding the research perspective and content of judicial public services of people’s courts.At this stage,the network public legal service construction of Zhejiang intermediate people’s court has made some achievements,but there are still some prominent problems,such as insufficient understanding and attention,lack of pertinence and influence of the content.Its direction needs to be further clarified and the system construction needs to be further improved.This paper believes that the next step should be to enhance the awareness of legal service Pay attention to the overall planning and overall planning,optimize the network service content of public legal services,enhance the diversified development of service providers,and consolidate the standardized scientific security system to promote the in-depth development of network public legal services of Zhejiang intermediate people’s courts.
