In recent years,with the gradual increase in the proportion of the elderly population in China and the intensification of the silver crisis such as the empty nest of the elderly population,the growth of social pension demand has shown an upward trend,and the simple institutional pension model and home care model can no longer meet the diversified pension needs of the aging group.In the face of the growing demand for the elderly in the aging group,the timely launch and promotion of the intelligent pension model-"virtual nursing home" will help solve the problem of old-age care."Virtual nursing home" service reliability is an important embodiment of the service quality of "virtual nursing home",in the context of"virtual nursing home" has not been vigorously promoted and popularized,this study will be from the perspective of "virtual nursing home" reliability for the large-scale landing of "virtual nursing home" to investigate,explore the case-based reliability improvement strategy analysis.This study is of great research value for assessing the reliability of "virtual nursing home"services and promoting the development of China’s old-age service industry.Taking the "virtual nursing home" service as the research object,this study sorts out and summarizes the research status of the "virtual nursing home" platform,service supply chain,and service reliability evaluation at home and abroad.According to the collaborative theory,the influencing factors that may affect the reliability of the service in the operation process of the "virtual nursing home" are identified,and on this basis,an evaluation index system is constructed,including the five angles of pension demand confirmation(telephone,App),pension service delivery,pension service supply,and pension service supervision,and the questionnaire method is used to collect data and use mathematical analysis software to test the evaluation index system.The reliability theory and gray fuzzy theory are used to construct an evaluation model from the two logical perspectives of service process and service unit,and the empirical case data of the "virtual nursing home" in Lianhu District of Xi’an is synthesized to apply the model.The results show that the reliability of the five service units of the "virtual nursing home" platform in Lianhu District,Xi’an is at a relatively reliable level,and the overall reliability is at a generally reliable level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement,which is in line with the actual situation.It is further explained that the constructed reliability evaluation model is feasible.Finally,in view of the evaluation results,this study proposes targeted improvement strategies for the service units of the operation process of "virtual nursing homes" in Lianhu District,Xi’an,including:strengthening professional management and improving the reliability of the service of the old-age service supply process;strengthening the information construction and improving the service reliability of the old-age demand confirmation process;improving the information delivery channels and improving the service reliability of the old-age service delivery process;increasing the supervision and evaluation efforts to improve the service reliability of the old-age service supervision process.This study promotes the "virtual nursing home" and related institutions to increase the importance of service reliability,improve the service level of the "virtual nursing home",so that the services it provides can better obtain the trust of service demanders and meet the needs of service demanders,which has certain reference significance for promoting the healthy development of "virtual nursing homes" and smart pension models. |
