Research On The Development Of China’s Public Welfare And Philanthropy In The Internet Era

As an important carrier of the third distribution of society,public welfare philanthropy plays a key role in practicing the core socialist values and promoting common prosperity.In recent years,the emergence of the Internet has made China’s public welfare philanthropy move forward to a new stage of development,but the anomie of Internet public welfare philanthropy is emerging one after another,which seriously hinders the development of China’s public welfare philanthropy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the Internet philanthropy in China.The combination of public welfare philanthropy and the Internet has made the cause go through three stages: germination（2007-2010）,development（2011-2015）and maturity（since 2016）.At present,Internet public welfare philanthropy have the advantages of convenient participation,rich content and high fund-raising efficiency,but their development advantages are often used by criminals,which makes negative news in the field of public welfare philanthropy frequently published in the newspaper.At present,the development of Internet philanthropy in China is mainly faced with the problems of lagging legal system,imperfect supervision system,backward concept of social charity and low development level of charitable organizations.The reasons for the above problems mainly come from the exploration stage of Internet philanthropy law,the lack of internal and external supervision mechanism,the growth period of Internet philanthropy and the non-standard internal construction of public welfare charitable organizations.Therefore,the following measures should be taken: at the legal level,emphasize adhering to the bottom line principle,strengthen the awareness of the rule of law,advocate the improvement of the legal system,grasp the organizational access threshold,and establish a help information sharing system to strengthen the self-discipline of help seekers.At the regulatory level,it advocates reforming the regulatory system,emphasizing transparent operation,clarifying the regulatory positioning of the government in Internet public welfare charities,and improving the internal and external regulatory mechanism of the organization.At the cultural level,it advocates carrying forward charity integrity,advocating mutual assistance and friendliness,emphasizing carrying forward the concept of modern public welfare charity,creating a good social atmosphere,and constantly strengthening the voluntary service spirit of social individuals.At the level of self construction,it advocates strengthening the team construction,promoting common prosperity,advocating strengthening the team construction of the organization,and striving to improve its social assistance and credibility.
