Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The Performance Management Of Public Education Expenditure Of H City Government

In the mecHnism of public education expenditure in our country,the long-term separation of financial power from administrative power Hs caused the managers to focus on the pursuit of funds and neglect the management of funds,and there is a lack of supervision over the allocation and use of public funds for education,it is difficult to accurately measure the effect of the use of public funds for education.With the advancement of democracy and legal system,the efficiency of public financial funds is gradually concerned by the public.As a branch of public finance expenditure,public education expenditure needs to further improve the performance management mecHnism of government public education expenditure and enHnce the use efficiency of education funds.The research object of this paper is the performance management of public education expenditure in H City.By referring to the principles and methods of performance management of public finance expenditure,this paper makes a comprehensive,detailed and systematic analysis on improving the performance management of public education expenditure in H City.This paper gives the theory of performance management of public education expenditure,and then describes the core content of performance management of public education expenditure.Then,starting from the current situation of performance management of PUBLIC education expenditure in H City,analyzes the existing problems of performance management of public education expenditure in H city,and analyzes the corresponding reasons.Then,in view of the problems existing in the process of performance management,with reference to advanced practices at home and abroad and combined with the reality of H City,the performance management is optimized.Finally,puts forward five measures:one is to establish a perfect comprehensive performance management control mecHnism,the second is to build a strategy oriented performance management index system,three is to establish public education expenditure performance management personnel training system,four is the perfect balance and feasible system of performance management process,five,we will improve the public education expenditure performance management communication and feedback system and application management system.Taking the performance management of public education expenditure in H city as the starting point,this paper explores the increasing public concern about improving the efficiency of public education expenditure,and enriches the theory of performance management of financial funds in education industry,it is helpful to perfect the performance management system of public education expenditure in h city and provides reference for the performance management of Public Education Fund in H city.
