Research On Rural Public Service Supply In Wangzhuang Town Of Qufu City Based On Villagers’ Demand

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further clarified the implementation of the important strategy of rural revitalization and,as always,insisted on giving priority to agriculture and rural areas.This is an important measure to do a good job in "agriculture,rural areas and peasants" in the new historical period,and it is also a major strategy to guide rural development,which fully reflects our party’s ruling philosophy of taking the people as the center.Since the 21 st century,17 Central No.1 Documents have been issued to guide the work of agriculture,rural areas and peasants.These facts and data confirm the important position of China’s agriculture,rural areas and peasants,and also show their importance in the work of our party.The efficiency,quality and matching degree of supply and demand of rural public services are important criteria to measure whether the problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasant are properly solved.Promoting the establishment of a complete rural public service supply system,focusing on improving the efficiency and quality of rural public service supply,and improving the matching degree between supply and demand can do a good job and lay a good foundation for solving the "three rural issues" in the new era.As far as the current situation is concerned,the problems in the supply of rural public services in China are still very prominent,such as the supply mode is still relatively simple,the participants in the supply are not diversified enough,the supply varies from region to region,and the supply and demand are not matched to a certain extent,and so on.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to establish a perfect rural public service supply system and fill up the shortcomings of rural public service supply,which is an urgent problem to be solved in promoting rural revitalization.In this paper,took Wangzhuang Town of Qufu City as the research object,the villagers’ real demand for rural public services was investigated by issuing questionnaires,and the current situation of rural public service supply was analyzed.It was found that there were still many problems in rural public service supply in Wangzhuang Town of Qufu City,such as the multi-subject supply model had not been established yet,the total supply was highly dependent on fiscal revenue,the quality of supply is uneven,and there were matching differences between supply and demand,and so on.By analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper combined the current rural economy,society,culture and system as well as the actual situation in Wangzhuang Town of Qufu City,and put forward some feasible measures to optimize the supply path of rural public services in Wangzhuang Town of Qufu City based on the demand of villagers,for example,establishing the supply mode of multi-subject participation,broadening the sources of funds for rural public service supply,improving the expression and identification mechanism of villagers’ demand and improving the supervision and assessment mechanism of rural public services,etc.
