| With the continuous development of information technology,e-government has also made great progress.However,some supervision and management systems of the discipline inspection did not realize the full-process management of supervision,and only achieved the electronic storage of letters and visits,clues to problems,and cases and other documents,which reduced the supervision work of the discipline inspection.Efficiency cannot meet the development requirements of advancing with the times.In order to achieve the standardization and proceduralization of the supervision and management work of the disciplinary inspection commission,effectively standardize all aspects of petitions,problem clues,and case handling,improve management efficiency,and achieve the management of daily work traces,a comprehensive business management information system for the discipline inspection commission is essential.The topic of this thesis comes from the comprehensive business management system of the disciplinary committee that I participated in during my internship.The system mainly includes the reception and handling of complaints and accusation,the registration of problem clues,case registration,statistical analysis,document file management,integrity file management,daily supervision and so on.Realize visual modeling through UML,use Pycharm and My SQL for development,use Git version control tools,and use multi-label classification algorithms to achieve intelligent classification of complaints and accusation.Through the development of the framework structure,the team’s overall collaboration and development efficiency have been greatly improved.In the process of system development,I used the ideas of software engineering method to conduct requesting research and in-depth analysis of the comprehensive business management information system of the discipline inspection committee,and completed my pending modules,letter and visit report receiving and handling modules,problem clues handling modules,case handling module,daily supervision module,integrity file module,document file management module and system management module.After that,I completed system management architecture design,functional module design and database design.I participated in detailed design and development work and finally compiled corresponding test cases to perform functional testing and non-functional testing of the system.At present,all the development and testing of the system have been completed and the functional modules I am responsible for are running normally,achieving the expected goals and effects of the system. |
