Effectiveness,problems And Countermeasures Of Community And Neighborhood Integration

With the transformation and development of society,China has gradually moved from planned economy to market economy.Urban development and demolition have been carried out on a large scale,and the drastic social changes have changed people’s traditional living mode and living environment.This has a negative impact on interpersonal communication and neighborhood relations for residents living in urban communities.Since the introduction of social work in China,it has been regarded as the "lubricant" to solve social problems,adjust social contradictions and promote social harmony.Through the intervention of social work,the use of its professional advantages and various resources of the community,through the organization of community residents to participate in all kinds of community neighborhood integration activities.It is of great significance to effectively solve the problem of communication between communities and neighbors,and to build a good neighborhood relationship.The author is the identity of a school intern stationed in the water Xiang community for professional practice activities.In view of the problems existing in neighborhood relations in the community,the author and community workers,with the support of the government public welfare venture capital funds,assisted community workers to organize and carry out a six-month community neighborhood integration service activity.By means of random interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes and studies the collected data on the neighborhood relations of Shuixiang community,and finds that the main reasons influencing the harmonious neighborhood relations of Shuixiang community are as follows: 1.There are many floating population in the commercial residential community,and their living backgrounds are quite different.2.The living mode of residents in the resettlement community has changed.3.The accelerated pace of modern urban life and the change of people’s concept of social interaction 4.The insufficient ability of community workers to promote the development of neighborhood relations.Just because of these factors,Shuixiang community appeared a certain degree of crisis of neighborhood relations.In view of the problems existing in the neighborhood relations,the author and the community staff designed and implemented a series of neighborhood integration service activities.After the activity,the service effect was summarized,and the problems and difficulties encountered in the practice process were summarized.Finally,the conclusion was drawn that the neighborhood integration service project carried out by the method of social work was of positive significance to the improvement of neighborhood problems in Shuixiang community.But to fundamentally improve the community neighborhood,better fusion effect of a neighborhood,also need to invest more time,manpower and material resources and other resources,social workers further integration of community residents’ committees and the community property such as strength,guide residents together form a "win-win" as the ultimate goal of sustainable pattern of interactions.The author believes that by consolidating the results obtained at the present stage and continuing to improve the working methods,with the support of community neighborhood committees and other social resources,the crisis of neighborhood relations in modern communities can be improved,the integration of neighbors can be promoted,and the happiness index of community residents can be improved.
