Research On The Application Of Organization Support Theory In The Construction Of Public Security Team At The Grass-roots Level

The public security team is shouldering the sacred mission in maintaining the overall social stability,promoting social fairness and justice,and ensuring the people to live and work in peace and contentment.Strengthening the construction of the public security team is the fundamental guarantee to do the public security work well under the new situation.Our country is in the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the public security work is faced with unprecedented new situation and new problems,which gives the public security team a new heavy task.However,in the face of the new situation and new tasks,there are various problems in the construction of the public security team.This paper takes the departments of Lengshuitan Public security Sub-bureau of Yongzhou City as an example.By means of questionnaire survey and interview record,this paper investigates the problems encountered in the construction of various departments of public security organs in Lengshuitan district of Yongzhou City.And on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the construction of the public security organs in the lengshuitan district and understanding the theory of organization support,according to the actual situation of the team construction of the public security organs in Lengshuitan district of Yongzhou City,which is obtained by questionnaire and interview,this paper puts forward the problems,analyzes the causes,and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the construction of the public security forces in the Lengshuitan district of Yongzhou City on the basis of questionnaire investigation and interview notes.Specifically,the main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)On the basis of explaining the background and significance of the research,this paper introduces the relevant theories about the construction of public security team and the theory of organizational support at home and abroad,and focuses on the satisfaction problem in the theory of organizational support.(2)On the basis of explaining the theory of public security team construction and organization support,this paper investigates the present situation of public security team construction in Lengshuitan district of Yongzhou City by means of questionnaire survey and interview notes.This paper finds out the problems existing in the construction of public security forces in lengshuitan district of Yongzhou City,and analyzes the causes for the actual problems.(3)Based on the goal of improving the job satisfaction and belonging of police officers in Lengshuitan district of Yongzhou City,combined with the results of questionnaire survey and interview notes on the construction of public security forces in Lengshuitan District of Yongzhou City,this paper puts forward four suggestions to perfect the construction of public security team in lengshuitan district of Yongzhou city,which from the aspects of adhering to the idea of "people-oriented",establishing a two-way communication mechanism,perfecting the working mechanism and improving mental health.
