With the continuous advancement of the reform of national defense and the army,professionalization of officers is an inevitable trend in the process of change and development of military personnel and the army.Vigorous development of practical training has also become the normal state of the grass-roots forces.Higher requirements.Helping the soldiers smoothly adapt to their professional needs,speeding up the generation,transformation,and improvement of the combat effectiveness of the troops has become a concern of the country and the military.This thesis is an empirical study under natural conditions.A questionnaire survey is conducted on the level of soldiers’ professional adaptability and its influencing factors.Based on the data,it analyzes the structure of soldiers’ career adaptability and its ability to affect soldiers’ self-efficacy,social support and organization The internal mechanism of identification,the conclusion that the soldiers’ self-efficacy and social support can influence the organization’s identification through their career adaptability,is important to enhance the soldier’s career adaptability in the context of combat training,stabilize the military talent team,and strengthen military organization construction Theoretical and practical significance.The thesis studies the service life adaptability of soldiers in the context of combat training and the role they play in the mechanism of soldiers’ self-efficacy and social support affecting organizational identity.It is mainly divided into four aspects: The first aspect is the research background and technical route.It mainly introduces the background of the research,the theoretical overview of related variables and the current status of research at home and abroad.The research object,content,purpose and method used in this thesis.The second aspect is the theoretical model and research hypothesis.Based on the basic theory and principle mechanism,based on the theory of career construction,the mediating model of related hypotheses and self-efficacy,social support to influence organizational identity through career adaptation is proposed.The third aspect is empirical research,which constructs theoretical hypothesis models based on careers and conducts three aspects of research.First,an open-ended questionnaire was used to conduct field surveys on the performance of soldiers’ adaptive problems and the adaptive problems that soldiers care about in the context of actual combat.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used to understand and explore the level and influencing factors of soldiers ’career adaptability,and the average level of soldiers’ career adaptability was M = 4.13,which belongs to the middle-to-high level and higher than that of new college students(M = 3.56)The average level of high school teachers(M = 3.08),trainee nurses(M = 3.93),and corporate employees(M = 3.84);there is no significant difference in the career adaptability of military personnel with different education and status categories in demographic variables;self-efficacy,Social support and organizational identity are significantly positively related to career adaptability.Thirdly,it validates the mediation model of soldiers’ self-efficacy and social support to influence organizational identity through military career adaptation.The results show that servicemen’s career adaptability and its four dimensions play a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy,social support,and organizational identity.In other words,soldiers’ self-efficacy can predict organizational identity positively through the four dimensions of career adaptive ability and career concern,career control,career curiosity,and career confidence;social support can be achieved through career adaptive ability and career concern,career control,career curiosity and career confidence are positively predicting organizational identity.The fourth aspect is application and countermeasure research.Combining the results of research and analysis with the actual needs of the military,it proposes corresponding countermeasures to improve soldiers’ career adaptability and organizational identity from the individual and organizational levels.In summary,the thesis focuses on the research topic of the status quo of military soldiers’ adaptive capacity in the context of actual combat training and the impact of its mediation mechanism.It sorts out the relevant research theories of career adaptive capacity and validates the military’s sense of self-efficacy and social support.A mediating model of adaptive capacity affecting organizational identity.Creatively suggesting countermeasures to improve soldiers’ career adaptability and military organization identification is a useful attempt and exploration of career adaptability research in the field of military professionalization. |
