Research On Optimization Of Police Actual Combat Training In Police Stations Based On Demand Orientation

The police station has always been the main force of cracking down on crimes and maintaining public order.Under the premise of high frequency of law enforcement,the probability of occupational risk is greatly increased because of poor actual combat ability,and the position of police actual combat training is essentially to cultivate the actual combat capability of the police,so that it can effectively complete the task of law enforcement and avoid occupational risks.Although the actual combat training has gradually inclined to the grass-roots level,the incidents of unnecessary casualties and legal risks encountered during the alarm and command are still happening.In some areas,the effect of police actual combat training on assisting the police to enforce the law is not ideal.The situation of social security and stability in China has been very severe.Especially in recent years,the state is strict in actual combat of police affair and standardization of law enforcement in public security organs.The requirements for the ability to perform duties of the police station can only be higher and higher,and the development of the actual combat training for police can only increase.It is a new research direction that how to ensure the effectiveness and normalization of combating crime through actual combat training.Therefore,this paper investigates the current situation of police actual combat training and optimizes the police actual combat training based on the demand of police.Finally it puts forward some safeguards and specific suggestions to help the police station to carry out actual combat training.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,it introduces the research background,purpose and significance,as well as the object and method.It combs the research route,putting forward the research difficulties and innovation points,and reviewing and summarizing the research status.Secondly,it analyzes the core concepts and discusses the theoretical basis of the research.Thirdly,it defines the contents and characteristics of police actual combat training of police stations and illustrates the necessity of strengthening that.Fourthly,it elaborates the existing problems in the actual combat training of police stations in parts of cities in Shandong Province through the questionnaire and interview method,and then discusses causes of the above problems.Fifthly,it expounds the connotation of the optimization of police actual combat training in police station based on the demand,and explains the significance of the training mode,the training pertinence,the training initiative and the law enforcement situation.Sixthly,according to the problems and reasons,it innovatively puts forward safeguards to optimize the actual combat training of police stations before proposing the demand oriented optimization proposals.Finally,it proposes specific suggestions for optimizing the actual combat training of police stations based on demand orientation.
