Research On Co-governance Of Chinese Social Governance Subjects

With the development of social governance in China,the task of social governance in China is becoming more and more onerous,social conflicts and interest conflicts,and profound changes in the social structure.The traditional single government social management system can no longer meet the requirements of economic and social development,and the main bodies of social governance are diversified.Trends are developing,and coordination among multiple governance entities has become a practical manifestation of social governance.As General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"creating a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing" has become the direction and theoretical guidance for the development of social governance,so research on this aspect is of great significance.Bringing into play the coordinated and co-governance role of Chinese social governance entities is in line with the requirements of social governance innovation,enabling the government and other governance entities to complement each other’s advantages,forming a benign interactive relationship,and promoting the modernization of social governance.Therefore,the coordinated co-governance of social governance subjects has important value in the development of social governance,and the construction of coordinated co-governance of social governance subjects must be strengthened.How to realize the coordinated and co-governance of multiple subjects is an urgent problem to be solved in my country’s social governance,and this is also the core issue of the article’s attention.This article takes the subject of social governance in China as the research object,and comprehensively uses the literature research method,historical genealogical analysis method and case analysis method to study the collaborative co-governance of the social governance subject,mainly from the following aspects.First,it explains the core concepts and theoretical foundations in the article,and outlines the development process of cooperative governance by the main bodies of social governance in my country.The article is based on Marx’s civil society theory and social organism theory,Marxist Sinicized governance theory,Western multi-center governance theory and new public service theory,etc.,combined with the development and evolution of social governance by various subjects in our society,and systematically summarizes our country The development process of cooperative governance by social governance entities.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the cooperative co-governance of social governance entities in my country,and analyzes its role positioning,institutional connotation and performance in practice based on the current development of social governance entities’ cooperative co-governance.The analysis concludes that the current cooperative co-governance of social governance entities in China The existing problems and causes of governance.At present,the cooperative and co-governance of social governance bodies in China has problems such as the imbalance in the level of participation and co-governance of the social governance bodies,the lag in the transformation of the idea of subject participation and co-governance,the weak governance ability between subjects,and the unclear power and responsibility relationship of co-governance.Factors,governance concept factors,system design factors,and practice implementation factors are four dimensions for attribution analysis.Finally,combining the causes and addressing the problems,we propose an optimized path for the cooperative and co-governance of Chinese social governance entities,that is,to reshape the social governance concept of each governance entity,strengthen the cultivation of the main body’s ability,enhance the efficiency of multi-agent coordination and co-governance,and integrate social resources to promote the coordination and co-governance of entities.Continuous development.
