| With the continuous advancement of the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capabilities,the issue of "common people" has been placed in the cause of the people’s livelihood that the party and the state are most concerned about and are also the first to promote.Since the establishment of my country’s first convenience service center in 1999,in the past two decades,provinces,cities,and counties across the country have basically achieved "full coverage" of convenience service centers,and this public management model is showing a trend of gradual downward extension.As an important way for government departments to "simplify administration and delegate power",township convenience service centers play an important role in the supply of township public services as an effective channel for township people to enjoy integrated "one-stop" services.However,the backward service supply capacity of villages and towns and the increasing service demand of the people present a clear contradiction.How to adapt to the development of the times,to be guided by the needs of the people,to coordinate the allocation of existing public resources,and to create a township and township service supply model that "responds to the call of policies,adapts to the needs of the times,and meets the needs of the people" has become an important issue.This article uses the literature research method and questionnaire survey method,taking Zhangshu City,Jiangxi Province as an example,and specifically investigates the 14 township convenience service centers under the jurisdiction of the city.The construction and operation of the township convenience service centers,the service development status of the convenience center staff,and the employment status,go to the Convenience Center to handle business citizens’ awareness,satisfaction,and future expectations of the ternary main body to restore the actual situation of the convenience service supply in Zhangshu City.In-depth analysis of the problems existing in the supply of convenient services in towns and villages,digging out the root causes of the problems,and extracting nutrients from outstanding cases at home and abroad,formulating problem-oriented optimization strategies,and providing optimized supply of convenient services in villages and towns in Zhangshu City.The path reference brings a set of public service optimization strategies for reference to the basic-level convenience service centers in other regions.The article finally proposes optimization countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of service content,service organization,service supply efficiency,and service supply quality assurance.It has certain practical significance for the convenience service centers in the villages and towns of Zhangshu City to streamline business handling procedures,integrate and optimize resource allocation,optimize convenience services,and improve convenience service efficiency. |
