Research On The Operation Of Township Convenient Service Center In Qian’an

Under the background of deepening reform,with the continuous development of society,the people’s demand for the public services of the government is becoming stronger and stronger.As the administrative organ at the grass-roots level,the township government directly serves the masses of the people,and urgently needs to improve the mode of public service and establish a sound grass-roots government service system.The construction of the township convenient service center conforms to the concept of the service-oriented government,and conforms to the trend of the reform of government institutions.However,a new form of public service of township civil service center in recent years,in the process of implementation of the existence of certain problems,the level of development there are also regional differences,need continuous development and improvement.Further strengthening the construction of convenient service system has become an important subject to improve the level of scientific management.The purpose of this paper is that through the study of the township civil service center of Qian’an City,find out the existing problems in the analysis of the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the construction and development of the villages and towns of Qian’an City Service Center,improve the township grass-roots government public service ability,promote the town the transformation of government functions,accelerate the construction of service-oriented government.Based on the new public service theory,service-oriented government theory and governance theory,this paper mainly uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method,case study method and field research method.This paper analyzed a series of problems presented by the development status of the township civil service center of Qian’an city and its operation,analyzed the specific causes of the problems,and then put forward some countermeasures such as to speed up the system construction,strengthen the function of construction,strengthen supervision and improve the mechanism of e-government,in order to promote the town of Qian’an convenience service center to better development,enhance the efficiency of public services of the township government,to promote the construction of the grassroots service-oriented government.
